I booked this hotel a week ago by paying in full. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, the hotel staff asked me to cancel because the room was full.

This place does not recommend staying for days, the room is very small and the toilet is also dirty.

The worst ever! The host also the rude ever! Throw the keys and give me the annoying face! Please la online agent up your standard! 3 ⭐? Are you sure!

Air cond panas. Nasib baik dapat tukar bilik. Iron pun dah sangat-sangat uzur.

Totally upset!-water in bathroom stucked.-mosquitoes all over the room. We check out on the same day.

Worst hotel ever. Here is why: 1. I booked the hotel in the morning , a guy staff answered my call and confirm they receive my booking and already reserve a room for me. However when I reach at 11 pm, the girl receptionist said they didn't receive my booking and told me there is no guy working here as I told her I already confirm with the guy staff. She as me to pay extra RM20 if I wish to stay in the hotel with different room or else I just call Traveloka to cancel the booking. The staff has no sense of responsibility with what happen by simply said that they are using manual system so they cannot check the online booking 2. Room is super dirty. I can feel that something sweet fell all over the floor and they did not mopped it properly and lots of mosquito in the room. 3. The utility is not functioning. The heater did not not function and when I told the staff, she simply said she cannot do anything about it. The aircond remote did not working for me to to adjust the temperature and there is no plug functioning for me to charge my phone. I have to take off the tv plug to charge my phone. I will never come to this hotel anymore or suggest any of my friend or family to come here.

the staff is okay nothing bad but the room was hot the ac doest feel cold at all and the shower water is hot even when I max out the cool temperature it still hot that all

Very cheap hotel for the good facilities! I can sleep in peace for idr 57,000 or usd 3,89 a night. Very near to klcc, shopping mall and restaurants (walking distance) will stay here again someday

Tandas teruk, bilik kotor, cadar kotor, parking payah, sainbord tak ada.

It's ok for bag packer or budget holiday.

Harga yang murah dan sangat berbaloi/ bermanfaat.
