Located next to Central Market, opposite with River of Life, Merdeka Square & Masjid Jamek. 5 minutes walk from Masjid Jamek LRT Station and Pasar Seni MRT. Check In staff Ann was very welcoming and friendly.

Setiap kali ke KL, selalu ke Avenue J hotel. Staf Ramah & sangat membantu. Kemana mana dekat. Hotel bersih. Hanya menu sarapan gak pernah ganti.

Totally different before mco, not clean enough, if you want have breakfast please consider again as it ' s not buffet, its just a la cart Nasi Lemak and its not worth, the check in is not smooth, lift is problem, there ' s not have many channel in TV, the only thing I like is location which location is very near to dataran merdeka, you can choose here to stay for short term. But not for long term.

Location is strategic. Very near to City, Merdeka Square & another attraction. Parking space is very limited & you have to pay another rm15 for that. Room is nice, clean & not really spacious. The space just enough to put your prayer mat. Overall okay! 👍

Good location but the our room was awful. The first room had a problem with electricity, then we requested to change to another room. However, the second room also got problem - room card/key not functioning and they take a very long time to come and help us and it was not resolved until we check out.

Tempatnya si oke cuma pelayannya kurang. Breakfastnya start jam 7 jam 8 uda abis sedangkan rombongan saya aja banyak belum turun, terus disuruh ambil tanya masi ada kaya ogah-ogahan layanin. Lagian udah tau rame harusnya pake 3 orang donk yang layanin juga, yang cuci juga yang angkat-angkat juga jadi nggak keuber. Saya liat banyak customer nggak dapat makan karena pelayannya lemot kita panggil juga kadang nggak dianggapin. Roti abis, minuman abis, kopi abis, makanan abis, buah abis, sedangkan banyak yang belum turun. Sepertinya nggak mau dikeluarin lagi kalau saya nggak minta, karena saya tungguin sampai die keluarin makanan. Dan bener masi ada cuma nggak semua dikeluarin, cuma nasi ama ayam aja yang lain kosong.

Lokasi benar strategis, dekat stasiun masjid jamiek. Pemandangan juga bagus. Interior hotel bagus, hanya saja staffnya sedikit. Waktu itu saya menginap 2 malam, saya meminta untuk cleaning room, kata mereka tidak ada cleaning. Saat siang saya keluar kamar, sorenya pas balik, kamar sdh diisi air mineral dan handuk diganti. Hanya saja sprei tidak berubah. Yang handle resepsionis dan cafe untuk breakfast hanya 1 orang (wanita).
