Beacon Executive Suites by Simply Penang住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, passport photo. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 300.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

*REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT* A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. **CLEANING FEE** A cleaning fee of MYR100 is required to pay upon check-in. The cleaning fee is part of the booking total and is not returned to guests at the end of the trip. **EXTRA PAX CHARGES** A extra pax charges of RM25/pax/night is required to pay upon check in if booking more than 4 persons. Additional Sleep Spaces ✔ Queen-size sofa bed (living room) ✔ Loft king-size sofa bed ✔ Tatami-style Super Single bed (Upper Floor Living Area) *NUMBER OF PAX* Please book with the correct number of pax. BED WILL BE ARRANGED ACCORDINGLY TO THE NUMBER OF PAX DURING BOOKING TAKE NOTE: Booking for 4pax or below, our bed setting is 1 king bed+ 1 queen bed If you need sofa bed/tatami single bed, kindly book for 5 pax for additional one pax setting or 6 pax for additional two pax setting/7 pax for additional three pax setting/8 pax for additional four pax setting/9 pax for additional five pax setting TAKE NOTE: For sofa bed/tatami single bed required, it will be setup accordingly to the number of pax booked/notification to the host prior/on check in date *(BEFORE 4PM) * IF your booking and check in date falls on the same day (AFTER 4PM), we will only be able to prepare and setup the sofa bed/tatami sofa bed the following day.

Please contact the hotel three days prior to your check-in date. To receive the check-in guidelines, kindly reach out before 11:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
