Staff was friendly and helpful. Location close to 2 malls and MRT station. Lots of restaurant options. Unfortunately, the capsule is not soundproof, you can hear clearly people chat. But overall it's a good pleasure to stay here.

oke, cuman dingin banget, karena hostel jangan lupa bawa handuk dan peralatan mandi biar ga beli lagi di mlysia, sandal juga, .harga murah dan nyaman buat istirahat kamu selama jalan jalan.inus nya ya, ga bisa makan di kamar hotel, ga bisa leluasa ngobrol karena menjaga ketenganan

A pleasurable capsule hotel. The price is very affordable, probably the cheapest capsule hotel in KL. The location is great, it's only 2-3 stores away from Seven Eleven and LalaPort Bukit Bintang and you can find cheap and delicious food around, my favorite is the cheap Malaysian burger in a stall nearby and Ha Noi Pho in Pudu. The facilities are great, they provide dining equipments, free water, social spaces and the rooftop area where you can see KL skyline, the safety is also very good, they give you card locks and that's the most important. They have paid laundry services too. The staffs are also nice and helpful. I love their austronaut style capsule, it looks very futuristic and the room space is decent, you cannot share a room with anyone though. The cleanliness is good enough although it still can be improved. They provided breakfast but not in that building but in their separate restaurant which is located nearby called Bestow Restaurant. The breakfast is very simple with limited options but the restaurant provides more interesting menu in a great price. I personally love the experience, it's fun and comfortable and would love to come back and I recommend this hotel as a great option for anyone who are looking for affordable, lively, and comfortable experience.

Hostel yang sangat strategis berada di belakang Berjaya Times Square. Untuk transportasi bisa naik monorel Imbi yang berada tepat di depan Berjaya. Ada Seven Eleven dan banyak tempat makan juga. Hostelnya bagus dan bersih. Pelayanan sangat baik, nanti kalau ke KL lagi pasti bakalan nginap di sini. Harga murah tapi gak murahan. Tidak ada bayar tambahan, cuma deposit 50RM dan akan dibalikin kalau checkout.

Aku menginap di type capsule. Ekpektasi sama kenyataan berbeda jauh. Tidak akan pernah menginap ditempat ini lagi. Dan tidak akan pernah merekomendasikannya. Harga 150rb saya tidak pernah berharap lebih. Tapi yang membuat saya kesal adalah ruangan di capsule agak sedikit panas. Pertama dikasi capsule yang suhu di dalam 33C saya komplain kepanasan. Akhirnya diganti ke capsule lain suhunya 27-30C. Komplain lagi, alasan mereka karena ramai jadi memang ruangan agak panas. Wat? Bayangkan tidur dikotak seperti itu dengan suhu 27-30C. Asli gak bisa tidur 2 malam saya. Locker untuk tas ada tapi harus bawa gembok sendiri kalau gak beli di mereka. Handuk sewa 5ringgit. Nitip tas 10ringgit. Pertama masuk sprei tidak diganti, masih ada bau2 keringat. Mau komplain lagi malas sudah. Diantara mau cari hotel lain dan terlanjur sudah pesan 2malam.

Lokasi strategis. Sampingnya ada rumah makan & mini market. Jalan kaki 10 menitan bisa ke Lalaport Mall. Deposito 50RM. Minusnya, hotel ini terletak di lantai 2 (naik tangga 2X karena buka pintu langsung tangga ya) dan ga ada lift! Jadi kalau bawa koper gede cape ya. Gw kemaren sih bawa koper ukuran kabin kurang 10kg jadi masih Ok lah. Kamar kapsulnya Ok. Buka pintu kamar & pintu kapsul bed pake kartu. Pengoperasiannya gampang. Enaknya charger Indo 2 titik masih bisa walau titik soketnya ada 3. Dapat soket 1 dengan 2 colokan USB. Di dalam sudah ada cerminnya lumayan gede. Bednya empuk. Sprei, bantal dan selimutnya bersih. ACnya sejuk. Di dalam kamar dikasih loker ukuran koper 22inchi tp mesti bawa gembok sendiri. Kamar mandinya bersih. Ada tissue toilet, dustbin & hair dryer di tempat cuci tangan. Fasilitas lainnya ruang makan, pantry bisa nyuci piring, ada microwave & toaster. Piring, gelas juga ada. Bisa refill minum juga. Yang ga suka cuma nitip koper mesti bayar 10RM (Murah sih, tp gw biasa di Chinatown kaga bayar).

The capsule it 's fine, but the room for the capsule was too small, and can not much moving even for unpack the luggage too difficult due too small space in the room. But if you come as backpacker this capsule will be nice!

At first I'm searching this hotel, I using Google Maps and it's bring me into the behind building of the hotel, into an empty land, until I'm walking around and found that the hotel beside ALI restaurant, it's a small glass door, but beside the main road. The location is strategic, walking less than 10 minutes to Berjaya and around 15 minutes to Bukit Bintang, the bedroom and bathroom is clean, they also have hair dryer, the staff really nice and helpful, although they're still renovate their hotel but it's very recommend to stay. Thank you for your service.
