Chenang Inn

Langkawi is a very good place for us to explore nature – mountains, islands, rivers, plants and animals. It is convenient to kids also. The hotel staffs provided very good connection to local tour service, including tour information, booking tour and transportation, weather information and their personal advice. The tourist guide Abu is professional with passion.

Good location, really near Chenang beach, at the end of Chenang street but outside mean street have 24 hours Indian nice food and many really nice restaurants, no need to worry hungry at midnight. Room were really small but enough for two people stay just first impression may really disappointed that room space not as big as show on website's picture. Only have 3 TV channel in Malay language only. Tea and Bottle of water only provide at first day check in, you have to keep your bottle to refill for other days stay which that didn't mention on the website, but is ok if you ask reception to give you new one. We stay there for 5days, first day after house keeping there's some dust on bed but didnt know if it's come from aircom. They don't change bed sheet just arrange it, even used cup have to wash by ourself at night time when we back to room. Air-conditioner just Face the bed and they only provide one really thin sheet to cover a bit not enough. Total have 4 plug in room but they all used only can un-plug the lamp's one it means only one plug. Environmental is good and quiet , can have really nice sleep at night. Staff were friendly and trying to be helpful but seems they don't have really good hand over system, we were buy a island hopping package from them, next day morning we hold the receipt asked for help then they asked me where did we get that receipt.....a bit ridiculous. Though there's some small blemish but over all staying experience still good to accept.

洗澡的自來水帶有黃泥的土黃色 經反應後有改善些; 不知為什麼每晚在床上都癢癢的；但這裡的服務人員都不錯,飯店也有洗衣服務

酒店與大路相距有點距離, 新手車牌不宜駛入。其他,服務員質素不錯,溫柔有禮。以日常 基本 用品來說, 算是齊存。

酒店雖有點舊，但大致清潔。廁所則較差，不能去水，但很快有人修理，服務不錯。位置方便，5-10分鐘可行到珍南大街/沙灘或真浪餐廳，買野，食飯宵夜十分方便，逢星期四酒店後一條有當地夜市。酒店提供叫車服務，去瓜鎮，skycab或大部份景點，大約MYR$30。報團或的士司機都知道酒店位置，不用找地圖。價錢就地點上和"但求有地方訓"來說合理。香港背包情侶（因好似只有雙人床房）或有限資金的人，可以一試。

16年8月10~12日和妈妈入住三天。办理入住手续非常迅速。免费WIFI经常性信号不好，工作人员答复珍南海滩附近区域性信号不好。就在珍南海滩大街旁往内走大概800米，散布一层一房一卫的房间，房间稍微有点窄。客房清洁服务非常及时。妈妈称赞说很干净（这很重要）。客房周边的绿化非常舒适并没有觉得蚊子。房价没有包含早餐非常遗憾，但也不贵一人10马币，页面上写的征收城市费1马币/人并没有收取。总之性价比较高，很舒适，下次会入住。

飯店是一個用竹籬笆圍起來的園區 我們的房間是#2, 冷氣會直吹到床 (這是唯一的小缺點) 可以向櫃台借電源轉接頭、吹風機 園區內有貓自由活動, 甚至悠閒地在我們房間口睡覺

環境乾淨，安靜，早餐便宜，服務態度友善，衣服送洗服務方便，便宜。

This hotel is near cengnan beach.clear,and quiet.The reception girl is very nice

Quiet location, walkable. Air con worked well. Bathroom sink tap was not hooked up so leaked onto floor - not that big of a deal. Front desk staff were very nice.

L’accueil très moyen surtout si vous prenez pas leurs activités ou si vous louez pas leurs scooter bref ils ne vous calculent même pas si vous prenez moins chère ailleurs. En bref si vous prenez chez eux c’est un grand sourire et sinon c’est même pas un regard ou un bonjour… très déçus

I booked 3 days for the hotel, when enter the room, found it is not as the picture showed us. and request for 2 days refund. The don't granted about this. Vey bad experience.

Had a great stay at Chenang Inn, lovely welcoming staff, comfortable room and great price

It's really very old and at night the way to the Hotel was very dark. The bed linen was yellow and old. The bathroom very old.

The staff at the property was very nice. Our room was very basic. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were average at best. We had ants in our room but there wasn't much that could be done because the gap under the front door wasn't keeping them out. It is an affordable option to base out of while spending the days exploring Langkawi.
