This is my worst ever staying experience in my lifetime. The location is good, room is clean but smelly. The actual room design is different from its advertisement. And the most important part is the host attitude is terrible. I accidentally lock myself outside the room, asking help from her to unlock the door. But the first thing she did is, blaming me why left the door card in the room (initially I don't know the card that I left is the door card, she gave 3 cards, I only bring two card out, I though that is extra spare card) and keep mentioned to me that I have to pay RM100 as penalty for her to ask the staff to send over the spare card. And to reminded me that it is already stated in her house rule not to left the room card in the room. BUT she didn't tell me which one is room card, lift card, parking card before I check in. The label on the card also not clear. I only received the spare card after 2 hours. That was after 12am already. I'm waiting at the lobby in the late night. When the staff pass me the card, still asking me to pay the Rm100. They never think for me, how tired I am. Waiting for 2 hours in late night at the apartment lobby. The host refused to give me the door password. Or else everything can be settled smoothly. No customer will purposely lock themselves outside. At the end, she didn't refund my deposit. No reply my WhatsApp also. Terrible attitude. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Or else they will become the next victim.
