Hotel bagus dan murah serta bersih. Lokasi nya juga strategis, di belakang hotel banyak tempat sarapan. Staff nya juga ramah banget. Pas check in kami di upgrade dari kamar studio ke 2 kamar. Terima Kasih GreyStone.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

我们尝试了他们的机场接机服务，由于航班延误，他们一大早就来接我们了。服务非常棒。房间宽敞，酒店旁边就有一家Sevel便利店。出酒店右转，就能找到各种各样的餐饮选择，包括清真餐厅Ali Food Corner。酒店距离武吉免登和其他景点都很近。

酒店临街。路上的噪音都能听到。晚上非常吵。
•房间有异味
•发现蟑螂
•枕头和床上发现蜱虫
•床单很薄，不适合使用。
•前台早上9点开门。我们7点就提前退房了。前台没人，所以我们拿不到押金。我们给他们发了短信，但没人回复。

公寓很舒适，浴室有独立的卫生间和浴室，但奇怪的是只有一扇推拉门，下次也许还会住这里。唯一的缺点是工作人员不太友好，脾气也比较暴躁，不过没关系，重要的是房间安全。

第一天晚上无线网络自动关闭，之后就再也没有恢复。第二天晚上空调也自动关闭。房间里没有电话可以联系前台或客房服务——完全与世隔绝，无人帮忙。厨房和卧室里有小蟑螂。

房间舒适，干净，空调很冷，设施齐全……只有浴室附近有很少的衣架可以挂毛巾，除此之外还可以，谢谢我喜欢它，也许很快会再回来🙏🤗
