Diminta upgrade dengan alasan kamar single telah habis, yang ada kamar double tapi harus tambah RM 50. Akhirnya dengan segala pertimbangan saya tambah RM 40 (mengecewakan).

Berada di tengah little india. Hotel ini tepat untuk saya dan keluarga. Dekat dengan berbagai pusat keramaian di KL, mudah mendapatkan makanan halal dan oleh-oleh, dan menambah wawasan tentang kearifan lokal khas malaysia yang multi cultural. Hotel relatif bersih dan nyaman, walaupun tidak ada lift. Tapi mengingat harganya murah, semua itu jadi tidak masalah.

Onguntu alias sial banget pesan disini. Lokasi hotel di lantai 2 toko peralatan barang-barang india. Penjaganya juga orang india yang tak bisa bahasa melayang sia. Pakai bahasa inggris juga agak aneh kita dengar bahasa mereka. Sepanjang lorong bau dupa penyembahan india. Kamar mandi kotor, remote TV dan AC tidak ada. Kamar kecil dan sekatnya tipis sehingga kamar sebelah yang sedang mesum kedengaran. ini hotel negatif bangetlah. Untuk wisata keluarga jangan kesini deh.

Kurang kebersihan. Sepertinya lantai tidak disapu setiap hari, dan fasilitas di ruangan kamar masih harus dibenahi. Penggunaan Wi-Fi sangat lemah.

Door in bathroom is broken, hotel doesn't have an elevator, it is hard to carry the thing, toilet tissue doesn't place in right place. So sad.
