Dekat dengan KTM Arau jalan 5 minit dah sampai. Bilik bersih, memuaskan, toilet luas. Berdekatan kedai makan. Urusan check in n out sangat pantas. Berbaloi dengan apa yang kita bayar.

Staff tidak menbantu malah gelakkan kami, seperti mempersendakan rakan saya, (kami datang pada musim marathon) tanya pendapat kawasan makan makanan sedap atau tanya jalan, jawap endah tak endah, katil yang keras bilik yang kotor tidak sapu terdapat banyak sekali rambut serta sampah dibawah katil, terpaksa menunaikan solat di hadapan masjid, sekiranya semua bekerja dengan ikhlas harga semua nya ok kawasan makan pun senang sahaja disebelah kedai, tapi perlu diperbaiki dari segi kebersihan bilik, rasanya boleh dah kot tukar2 lapik cadar serta bantal katil yang ok sikit sejujurnya katil amat keras.

Kondisi yang sederhana. Namum peralatan asas, seperti penghawa dingin, tv dan pemanas air dalam keadaan amat memuaskan. Nasihat saya cuma, bawa tuala sendiri walaupun ada disediakan motel.
