Such a great place to stay. As me and husband booked for standard room, but suddenly they were upgraded us to Deluxe Superior Room. It such a incredible experience stay in Merdeka Palace. The facilities are so comfortable.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Facility Notice
Swimming Pool, The swimming pool will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that the pool will be closed every Monday for routine maintenance, except during school holidays and public holidays, when it will remain open as usual. closed temporarily from 19-3-2025 to 31-12-2025.

Gym closed temporarily from 4-9-2025 to 31-12-2026.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 21. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

menginap d apartemen 2 KT. ruangan luas hanya saja perabot dan furniture sudah tua. hanya tersedia tv tabung yg ntah masih berfungsi atau tidak. interior dan desain ruangan sudah tua dan agak tidak terawat. daput tidak boleh digunakan memasak. lampu kuning temaram. kasur enak, air bagus. Tapi suasana agak2 creepy dan menyeramkan. beberapa kali terdengar suara ntah darimana. agak2 horror. kalau mau ambil kamar ini, mending rame2 deh. lokasi starategis banget, dekat dengan waterfront, indian street dan mall merdeka. tinggal jalan melipir.

Staf ramah. Datang pas ada event di Padang Merdeka. Jadi, dekat banget mau ke acara. Ke Waterfront juga bisa jalan kaki. Awal nginap 2 tahun lalu masih pakai TV tabung. Sekarang sudah ganti LED TV dong. Mantap. Akan nginap di sini lagi kalau ke Kuching.
