Accommodation charges MYR 28.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:00.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Child age 13 years above consider as adult and will be chargeable accordingly.

Check In time is 2pm and Check Out time is 12pm. Early check-in or late check-out arrangements can be made at applicable charges.

For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for each room being incidental charges upon check in amounting of RM100. Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card at check-in time. For deposit using credit card, pre authorization by the Hotel is required.

The Oceania Hotel enforces a no smoking policy in all guest rooms and enclosed public areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be imposed upon the guest(s) concerned should there be smoking.

Tourism Tax: MYR10nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1st January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check out and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31st December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.

Please be informed that an ongoing construction is happening next to the Hotel property and is expected to end on 31st May 2024.

1.Breakfast will be serve in hotel restaurant and it is buffet breakfast.

2.Open for walk in and in house guest.

3.Operation hour is 6.30am – 10am, in room service is available throughout the day with last order at 9:30pm (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Menu will be available – Order via QR Code and place order online via mobile).

4.Price is remain at RM28/pax for adult and RM18/pax for children age 7y – 12y. Children age 6y below eat for free.

5.Request for quotation Meeting / Events available with maximum capacity of 50 pax at one time.

6. Extra Bed will be charge RM55nett per bed per day for without breakfast, RM85nett per bed per day with breakfast.

Airport transfer is available for MYR 45.00/person.
