As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 08:00 - 09:30.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes.

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay.

All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement.

Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

very old old hotel. I don't know why they get 8.7 stars .. not clean. even the floor not stable enough to stand. and we are 3 person room, they give us just 1 towel.

Sangat teruk untuk bercuti atau untuk tidur saja. Saya masok dalam 10 minit dan terus check out. Dah lah bawa ayah yang tak sihat. Skali masuk bilik dengan tingkapnya yang boleh orang tinjau. Langsir tak kemas ada yang tercabut. Serius nak tidur fikir banyak kali. Sayang sebab bayar online tak boleh tebus.

very faulty and dirty. (1) the bedsheet is so yellowish and it looks like it has not been wash for some time. they probably just reuse them after every guest. (2) the toilet floor is very sticky. the water heater is not working. a lot of small holes in the toilet. (3) lastly, if you are staying for the weekends, I would advise you not to.. because there will be some life performance going on at the restaurant beside it. I'll be noisy until late night.

Harga sesuai kualitas kamar, meskipun sharing kamar mandi tapi semua shower air panas, ada breakfast tiap pagi, AC-nya dingin juga, Sayang lokernya banyak yang rusak dan tidak ada kuncinya semua, sangat tidak safety. tapi yang lain semua best.

Bad service haven’t slept at all because when my pillow taken from my bed they didn’t provide another pillow till I complained about it in the morning, because there a Bangladesh guy which is taking the reception at night he’s stupid head and you know what do not book this hostel !
