sudah beberapa kali ke Kuala lumpur, tapi baru pertama kalinya nginep di hotel south of the clouds di KL sentral.. tadinya sempet ragu2..tapi setelah dicoba luar biasa pelayanan nya, terutama dari pihak resepsionis yg namanya bang "HAJRIN".. orang nya sangat ramah & membantu sekali.. awal nya sempet terkendala karena bookingan a/n saya belum masuk datanya..dan room family yg saya pesan ternyata sudah penuh..tapi Alhamdulillah akhirnya beliau sangat membantu sekali dengan memberikan alternatif pengganti room yang lainnya, hingga proses check in nya.. letak hotel nya juga strategis.. dekat kemana2..karena berdekatan dengan terminal/stasiun KL sentral.. disekitar lokasi juga banyak yg jualan makanan, super market.. pokoknya recommended banget deh kalau nginep disini.. so next time kl ke Kuala lumpur, pasti bakalan nginep disini lagi.. sekali lagi special thanks for bang "HAJRIN" yg kemaren juga sudah memberikan kebijakan late check out karena kita flight nya sore hari..👍
