As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Please be informed that the adjoining shopping complex is currently having a major renovation until further notice for an indoor theme park. Due to that, the Hotel would experience some noise disturbance while the theme park’s renovation is going on. Please bear with us on this inconvenience which is beyond the Hotel’s control. Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding.

Please be informed that TNB will be conducting their maintenance on the hotel’s substation on the 19 Aug, 11.30pm till 20 Aug, 3.30am (estimated for 4 hours). During this period, there will be no electricity in the hotel. Although the hotel’s generator will be activated, it is only limited to a light and a plug point in the room. There will be no air-conditioning as well.
