Sangat memuaskan 💯. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. View-nya juga sangat bagus, langsung menghadap Twin Tower. Admin-nya juga fast response dan sangat membantu. Deposit money langsung dikembalikan saat check out. Definitely will come back again 😁.

After arriving late on the first night there was nobody there to let us in, so it started off badly losing the first night of first day. They say that you have to contact them 24 hours before you arrive, If you’re late, however, our flights were delayed two hours, so there’s no way we could’ve known that 24 hours prior, the next day we arrived at the apartment and the apartment is beautiful. The pool is fabulous with an amazing gym. We extended one more night at this apartment, I’d highly recommend staying here, but you have to remember at this apartment, There’s absolutely no water no tea no coffee so you have to arrange all those on your arrival this is one thing they could improve on, just having a few bottles of water in the apartment, after all this is KL it’s a very hot climate. I will stay at this property on my return trip.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 300.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

**TERMS and CONDITION**

INHOUSE RULES

Please follow the following inhouse rules to avoid being evicted. Failure to comply will result in eviction and forfeited security deposit. Refund shall not be given for your booking.

Kindly be informed that we have the right to forfeit booking without refund should the guest exceed the maximum capacity of the room . Please follow the number of people that you have book online .

Visitors are strictly not allowed to the Tropicana Residence. Please be informed that your security deposit shall be forfeit should the management have evidence that you brought visitors to your room.

Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities at Tropicana Residence .Please be informed that your security deposit shall be forfeit should the management have evidence that your visitors have utilized facilities without consent by the management.

Swimming Pool Rules

Please take note that only 4 person is allowed in the swimming pool due to MCO rules. Please be patient and await your turn . Please be informed that your security deposit shall be forfeit should the management have evidence that you have broke the MCO rules .

Guests using the Swimming Pool and other pool areas must be accompanied by a Resident acting as their host

Swimmer shall be properly attired and swim diaper must be worn by children who are yet to be potty-trained. T-Shirt and shorts are not permitted in the Swimming Pool. All person must shower and wash their feet before entering the pools.

1.Cleaning fees of RM 75 per stay is not included in your rates. Guests are expected to contact us prior to arrival to make the necessary payment before we release the keys to check-in.
2.Guests have to pay RM300 as deposit which is refundable at the time of checkout. Guests are expected to contact us prior to arrival to make the necessary payment before we release the keys to check-in.
3.Any car park will incurred additional car park fees payable to the car park management.
4.The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM25 per night per person will be charged.
5.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house/apartment.
6.Do not leave your rubbish bags in the foyer and the corridor. Please throw it in the refuse room.

Jangan menginap di sini deposit 300 Ringgit tidak akan dikembalikan, jangan tergiur dengan kamar yang bagus “WARNING” It ' s not recommended to stay here. The 300 RM deposit will not be returned, be careful.

Lokasi apartemen bagus. Apartemennya juga bagus. Hanya saja begitu datang, kami di minta untuk membayar deposit sebesar RM 600, dan pajak negara RM 60 (kalau untuk pajak sih saya paham) Kami check out adalah 16 Juli. Deposit kami belum dikembalikan hingga tanggal 23 Juli. Masak mau di tanya terus kan? Akhirnya masuk lah deposit kami di hari Senin, 24 Juli, tapi hanya RM 300. Saya tidak tau di sini, pemilik ataupun asisten apartemen nya yang tidak jujur. Saya sudah banyak menginap di banyak tempat. Ini komunikasi yang paling buruk bagi saya (tidak jujur).

-Kamar luas dan bersih. -Pelayanan bagus dan ramah. -View Twin Tower (keren). -Menginap dengan keluarga sangat nyaman karena fasilitas lengkap dan luas. Minus hanya di kolam renang karena tidak beroperasional selama sebulan.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan KLCC, hanya jalan 5 mnt. Apartment bersih dan perlengkapan dapur lengkap. Hanya tidak ada tissue di kamar mandi.
