First of all, the Widebed team are superb! Fast and efficient in answering calls, replying to chats, easy check-in and check-out. We stayed in a twin room, clean and nice! Level 20 swimming pool and excellent view of Kuala Lumpur! Highly recommended—value for money!

Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

酒店位置相当优越，步行即可到达拉拉港购物中心，但距离武吉免登地区较远。房间还可以，员工也很热情。游泳池也不错，屋顶的景色很棒。总的来说，是个不错的住宿选择。

Dekat dari MRT Pudu 300 meter, banyak yang jual makanan, dekat ke Pudu Mall untuk beli oleh-oleh, proses check-in dan check-out cepat, kita dimasukkan ke grup WA, bisa titip bagasi.

Maps directions take you to the back of the building—entry is next to the 7-Eleven (even though it says D'Majestic by Asian Homes). After-hours self check-in process was smooth, and there is luggage storage after check out for a small fee with security which was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious, Wi-Fi was strong when it worked, but was non-functional for the majority of the time we were there. Compact fridge was convenient, sadly the kettle didn't work. The pool is fun, 1.5 m deep all around, convenient if you are not a strong swimmer. People were swimming in both western and modest swimwear.

Padahal selalu mengambil. Majestic kalau ke KL menginap di sini. Tp kali ini kecewa banget dengan pelayanan nya yang staf nya meminta uang Rm 90 untuk clening servis kamar.

Hati-hati kalau memilih menginap di majestic ini. Karena ternyata ada berapa manajemen dimajestic ini. Selama ini saya selalu ambil. Menginap di majestic ini aman-aman saja. Tapi kalai ini saya ambil lagi menginap dimajestic. Sebanyak 3 room. Tp tiba-tiba dateng pegawai nya. Meminta uang Rm 90. Dan uang deposit. Jadi kami benar-benar sangat kecewa berat dengan ini. Jadi hati-hati kalau memilih aplikasi nginap di majestic widebed ini.

Sarung bantal, sprei dan handuk nya kurang bersih & bau , untuk area kamar luas tapi kyk kantor. Pas sampe eh ada di minta cleaning fee , baru ini stay di hotel / residen ada cleaning feenya . Trus jauh mau kemana mana. Cari makan di lingkungan sekitar juga lebih dominan chinese food jadi susah buat yang muslim . Pelayanan ya biasa aja gk kyk di indonesia yang pelayanannya ramah ramah. Tv hotel susah di gunakan dan kecil jadi cuma jadi pajangan aja. Shower cap , plastik , odol gigi , sikat gigi itu semua gada ya tersedia .

Check in mandiri di locker box karena enggak ada resepsionis, tapi mudah. Kamar rapi, bersih, ukuran cukup luas, isi kamar lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik semua, amenities juga dapat. Sampai extra bed juga ada di dalam lemari, jadi nyaman buat kami sekeluarga, dengan 2 anak. Next kalau ke KL lagi mau menginap di sini. Dekat stasiun MRT (cuma jalan 200m). Halte bus persis depannya, tempat makan banyak persis di samping gedung ada, di belakang gedung lebih banyak, minimarket banyak (Mix, Seven Eleven, dan lain-lain).

I'm so lucky karena saya gak diminta deposit 200RM, cuma bayar 30RM cleaning fee. Kamarnya luas, so recommended. Kalau untuk soal keramahan setelah 5 hari saya putar-putar di Kuala Lumpur, memang kebanyakan orang sana not friendly, tapi bukan semuanya.

Offer all ok. Cuma kami kena 1 scam, pas checkout staff periksa semua kelengkapan kamar tapi yang aneh dia langsung ambil handuk 1 dan tunjukan ada noda jadi kena denda 10rm. Seingat saya itu sudah ada noda dari awal kami masuk tapi saya tak permasalahkan khawatir saya lupa. Ternyata kamar depan kamipun sama, staff denda 10rm ke tamu itu karena ada noda di handuk dan setelah kami sampai lobby ada ibu ibu sedang cerita kena denda juga karena ada noda di handuk 😅 jadi saya fikir itu sengaja perbuatan mereka untuk cari tambahan uang dengan denda semua tamu yang checkout dapat 10rm/room.
