The services and the facilities were superb! Just beside the airport! Convenience! The morning breakfast buffet has a variety of foods and is super tasty! Will come again!

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour.
All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need.
We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time.
The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep.
Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here.
Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Very convenient location for a early morning flight
I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also.
Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise!
The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice!
I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool!

Tidak menyangka yang hotel ini menyediakan bilik yang luas, fasiliti semua lengkap, ruang lobi sangat luas dan cantik hiasan. Kolam renang juga besar. Sarapan pagi juga sedap dan banyak pilihan makanan.

Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class.

This hotel is great for a quick stop over as it’s right near airport. Staff are amazing. The pool is open till 11pm each day and so is the bar. Great music. Atmophere was great near the pool. Music goes to 1230 am but can’t hear from the room. Downside was bathroom wasn’t cleaned hat hair in the shower and dirt in the bath. Didn’t notice till the morning but staff were apologetic. Tv no local channels you have to connect to your own apps. But you will need to hotspot as internet isn’t good.

I participated in the Ironman so the location was great, right next to the airport and MIEC expo.
Staff was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast buffet variety and quality.
It appears that it has been refurbished recently but the overall finishing felt poor. Water leaks out of shower cubicle, causing puddles in bathroom floor. Wifi signal was weak and kept dropping - ok for casual use but not reliable enough for work.

I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch.
The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed.
The breakfast bufffet hoasted a variety of food ranging from continental, english, indian, chineese as well as traditional Malay.
After our check out we were asked how was our stay and were asked if our expectations met their services.
All in all it’s worth the money and you will not be dissapointed.

Pros:
1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room.
2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated
3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers.
4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience.
Cons:
1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort.
2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night.
3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating.
4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables.
5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient
6. Lack of nearby attractions: Besides the airport, there is nothing within walking distance to do, limiting options

I participated in the Ironman so the location was great, right next to the airport and MIEC expo.
Staff was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast buffet variety and quality.
It appears that it has been refurbished recently but the overall finishing felt poor. Water leaks out of shower cubicle, causing puddles in bathroom floor. Wifi signal was weak and kept dropping - ok for casual use but not reliable enough for work.

I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch.
The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed.
The breakfast bufffet hoasted a variety of food ranging from continental, english, indian, chineese as well as traditional Malay.
After our check out we were asked how was our stay and were asked if our expectations met their services.
All in all it’s worth the money and you will not be dissapointed.

Pros:
1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room.
2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated
3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers.
4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience.
Cons:
1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort.
2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night.
3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating.
4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables.
5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient
6. Lack of nearby attractions: Besides the airport, there is nothing within walking distance to do, limiting options
