On visual apperance with app, the hotel looks really good but it was align with the actual, room, bed, bathroom, I check in for luggage storage and check out after 2 hours and decided to move to another hotel. This hotel asking for 50 MYR for deposit eventhrough there is nothing inside the room.

Nyaman untuk backpacker, dekat dengan pusat keramaian kota, Berjaya Mall, Sungei Wang, Pavilion dan lain-lain. Mudah untuk menemukan makanan Indonesia karena lewat pintu belakang banyak kedai yang menjual makanan Indonesia, wifi lancar dan ada dispenser minum gratis kita tinggal membawa tumbler. Resepsionis sangat membantu dan pelayanan baik.

Semunya sih oke kamar bersih. Tapi kurang pelayanan kamar ya. Kayak handuk gak ada ganti. Secara pernintaan dari konsumen juga gak di penuhi. ‘ misalnya minta 1 bed yang daoat 2 bed. Jadi itu saja sih pengalaman saya nginap di sini. Secara yang lain bagus kok dan semunya oke.

Saya solo trip di sini, dapat kamar nomor 405 dengan view langsung jalan raya dan pavilion. Kamar luas dan bersih, suka menginap di sini. Jalan sedikit sudah sampai jalan Alor dan MRT. TV rusak tapi ga apa-apa karena ga hobi nontonTVv juga. AC dingin, toilet air panas. Puas pokoknya menginap di sini, terima kasih.

The whole experience is the worst. Receptionist is rude and don't understand english that well. The lamp in hotel lift is broken so it's dark when we use lift. Bed sheet and towel is so dirty, the television and wifi isnt working. In the end we had to move to other hotel because we can't stand this hotel at all.
