The location is very strategic and convenient. It's near Chinatown and just 1-2 km by train to Pavilion or KLCC. The service is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are always available to help at anytime. If the hotel can improve their cleaning service, it would be a perfect place for tourists to come back anytime they come to Kuala Lumpur.

Great location. Tapi bagi yang tidur sensitif dengan bunyi bising, hotel ini bukan tempat yang sesuai kerana bunyi LRT yang berdekatan dan soundproofing hotel kurang baik. Staff di kuanter ketika saya check ini kurang mesra pelanggan. Tiada remote TV dan tuala mandi tak bersih. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya menginap di area terebut atas urusan kerja, dengan harga yang sama, kita boleh dapat bilik hotel lain yang berdekatan dengan kualiti yang lebih baik.

Kamar dan handuk bersih, lokasi dan wifi bagus, dengan harga segitu harusnya kamarnya agak besar dan tersedia teko pemanas gula kopi teh tapi kamarnya kecil tidak ada spase buat shalat dan tidak ada teko pemanas-cangkir-kopi teh gula. Pelayanan baik ramah, cek out lebih lama max 14.00, tv belum aktif.
