Everything was good. The staff was great! Esther was so pleasant and cooperative and she did a wonderful job, so were the luggage gentlemen and the breakfast staff. The hotel is very nice.

Ett fantastiskt hotell, mitt i det historiska centret som var helt fantastiskt! Bra rum, om än lite små, bra frukost, gratis vattenflaskor och frukt på varje våningsplan, ett 24/7 café där i stort sett allt ingick i priset och en fantastisk personal! Vi hade stora problem att få tag på en taxi eller Uber för att ta oss till flygplatsen pga en stor parad och massor med folk. Det gjorde så att bilarna inte kom fram till hotellet. Personalen på hotellet hjälpte oss verkligen och en av personalen gick till och med med oss och hjälpte oss till en gata där bilar kunde åka. Han stannade tills vi satt i en taxi! Tusen tack! Rekommenderas verkligen och vi åker gärna tillbaka om vi kommer till Mexiko City igen!

Ett fantastiskt hotell, mitt i det historiska centret som var helt fantastiskt! Bra rum, om än lite små, bra frukost, gratis vattenflaskor och frukt på varje våningsplan, ett 24/7 café där i stort sett allt ingick i priset och en fantastisk personal! Vi hade stora problem att få tag på en taxi eller Uber för att ta oss till flygplatsen pga en stor parad och massor med folk. Det gjorde så att bilarna inte kom fram till hotellet. Personalen på hotellet hjälpte oss verkligen och en av personalen gick till och med med oss och hjälpte oss till en gata där bilar kunde åka. Han stannade tills vi satt i en taxi! Tusen tack! Rekommenderas verkligen och vi åker gärna tillbaka om vi kommer till Mexiko City igen!
