The room was really nice, the location was great. There’s lots of food nearby and it’s right a couple streets over from the Reforma. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend staying here.

So this was our 1st time at MXGrand, after lots of confusion about the booking.. all was good. The apartment is exactly as listed, quiet, clean and comfy. Nice free use of washer/dryer was an added bump. Service is excellent and very friendly. Javier was great. 2 call outs. Kitchen is basic appointed, limited cooking utensils, others properties provide more basics. The Remote/TV is always a struggle from smart/total play.. instructions/ fresh batteries would be a nice addition.

Public transportation is extremely convenient too, making it easy to explore all that Mexico City has to offer without any hassle. I would highly recommend MX Grand Suites to anyone visiting this amazing city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here! Highly recommended - 5 stars without hesitation!
