Riad Amina

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wc bleef aanhoudend doorlopen, dit ook aangegeven maar dit is helaas niet verholpen. Verder heel prettig verblijf gehad.

We stayed in a standard room at Riad Amina for five nights. Clearly, the standard room option is not going to offer the height of luxury, but it was adequate for our needs and our budget, with a high ceiling that helped the (air-conditioned) air circulate. Although our standard room was rather small and rather dark, it didn’t bother us as we could sit in the beautiful, shady riad courtyard at any time. The staff were superb throughout our stay. A special heads up to front desk manager Keltoum, who was endlessly charming and helpful. Although Riad Amina is some distance from the centre of the Medina at Jemaa el-Fna, this suited us fine. We mostly ate our evening meals at small restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the riad. Before we arrived, we were a little apprehensive that the Medina would be a lot of hassle and we’d constantly be dodging aggressive hawkers and scammers. I can’t speak for the whole Medina, but we never encountered anyone unsavory anywhere in the neighborhood of Riad Amina.

Smukt hotel med et personale der er meget hjælpsomt. Hotellet er smagsfuldt dekoreret med mange fine steder og kroge at sidde i både i patioen og på terrassen. Det er et plus at der er en bar. Vi bor her meget gerne igen på vores næste rejse

Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. They really wanted to make sure our experience was top class (which it was!). We didn’t know breakfast was included which was a lovely bonus. Will 100% be visiting again.

Pour notre première fois à marrakesh, l’accueil dans ce Riad était juste parfait. Nous avons testé le spa, et c’était tout simplement super. L’accompagnement, la disponibilité et l’écoute du service est irréprochable. Les chambres ont la climatisation, et sont très propres.

Bellissimo Riad, un po' difficile da trovare ma una volta entrati siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato e offerto te alla menta e biscotti nonostante siano state del 23. Camera abbastanza grande, bagno carino e particolare. Unica cosa, la porta della stanza non si chiudeva e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere il tavolino dietro per tenerla chiusa, ma tanto dovevamo rimanere solo fino alla mattina seguente.

Disappointing. The riad is in dire need of some TLC, the rooms were tiny with plaster crumbling off the walls, wardrobes with no coat hangers, no hair dryer and the shower was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The water pressure was non existent and the water went between a dribble of cold to a torrent of scalding hot every 20 seconds. The shower gel and shampoo were also so watered down they were useless and I had to go out and buy my own. Kept finding dead cockroaches in the bathroom too. I’ve stayed in marrakech many times and this is sadly a riad I would not want to return to. Shame as it’s a good location, the breakfast was fine and the bed was actually very comfortable. They need to spend some serious cash revamping this place though - it was tired, run down and a bit sad.

Hotel was in the Medina and a great location. We enjoyed walking around the market which was easy to get to from this hotel. The staff were great and room was clean. Very spacious.

The property is in a significant state of disrepair, the cleanliness and standard of the rooms is really poor, and the service isn’t much better. I would not stay at this property again.

We had a great stay at Riad Amina by a very friendly and welcoming family. The Riad is very beautiful and charming, but very warn down. Riad is not being run in best condition, and needs a big make over. Another minus where the small rooms with even smaller bathrooms and not in good condition. Also a lot of noise from other guest, doorhandles and locks.

It was good stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was quite small and there was window but its indoor windows only. Room does feel dark but Overall it was good experience.

Allt var bra. Rummet som vi fick var lite för mörkt och kallt. Dagreceptionen var inte så bra. Vi ville ha transport till flygplatsen men det glömde han bort. Däremot fick vi hjälp av kvälls personal som var fantastiska. Pia och Fred

Fantastic place, super friendly people and services. Great location. My kids loved it. Recommended!!
