Great hotel. I come to Nepal often and will stay here every time I come to Kathmandu. Great staff. Great room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. One thing to beware of however... Taxis are only allowed to drive to hotel early or late in the day. Rush hour you have to be dropped off a short block away. Not a big deal at all though. Worth the short 1 min walk for the hotel experience! Also, it costs around 1000NRP for taxi to and from airport to this hotel. The hotel takes care of it, even the fare. Keeps the taxis honest which is a big problem in Kathmandu.

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom and shower were very new and clean and there was lots of hot water. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable.

Double charges and cannot get refund. There are a lot of satisfied hotel around, pls choose other else otherwise you trip not going to be a grate trip.
