Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus.
Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue.
Would stay again though!

整體不錯.就是保安有點不同情達理,我們買了很多佛像,店家送貨到酒店,卻被保安攔住不能進,理由是摩托車要停在指定的位子,我直接發脾氣說,難道我住這裡,我買了很重10幾KG的東西,卻不能讓人送貨到我房間嗎??吵了一輪才讓送貨的到酒店大門包裝,酒店再派人送上房間,足足浪費了我30分鐘時間,而且當天還是要趕飛機的時候
不過這家酒店已經算是附近最安全最舒服的,下次去也只能在住這裡了

加德滿都君悅酒店是我在加德滿都的避難所，進入酒店，仿佛另一個世界。住宿環境愉快，房間空間夠大，整潔，偶爾會出現停電的現象，不過不用緊張，這個是整個加德滿都的普遍現象。酒店的各種設施都很齊備，雖然沒有時間去使用，但相信會是不錯的體驗。早餐15usd一個人（不含稅），食物豐富可口，但西式的選擇不多，比如火腿。酒店的WIFI令人非常惱火，免費的WIFI非常非常的慢，高速的WIFI竟然要收費，這一點我實在無法理解，一個五星級的酒店，爲什麽告訴WIFI竟然是收費的。最後，最令人驚喜的是，酒店的意大利餐廳非常讚，食物非常地道，讓我流連忘返。總體來説，在Hyatt的住宿經驗愉快，以後來加德滿都，還會選擇住在這裡。

Nice live native music every night in lobby from very early (6pm.) till late.
Convenient free shuttle to town. Nice and exclusive to be a little away from dusty, crowded and crazy traffic. Close to major historic sites.
Walls too thin, can even hear the newspaper delivery every morning at around 6am. Sauna too crowded (men's, women's: not tried). Outdoor whirlpool: a walk outdoor from changing room, can be cold in winter). Compared to other Hyatt: would be nice if tooth brushes/paste are provided without asking.

A beautiful hotel that provided some calm in the chaos (wonderful chaos!) of Kathmandu. Ideally it would be closer to some of the more lively evening spaces in the city but the restaurants on site were great quality and the staff and service second to none.
