This is a design hotel. If you like design: Bingo. If you like function: Sorry (!). Your partner is showering: sorry, bath is under water - can't go to the loo! Basin in the sleeping room - o.k., your partner has an early business meeting, you are awakened by bathroom noise (razor etc.). Here: function follows design, not the other way. Sorry.
In summary: fancy design, clean, but a lot of improvement possible when it comes to a normal business hotel standard comfort.

Gezellig hotel in goede staat. Wij had de gebreide kamer. Veel breiwerken waarvan wij dachten: “hoe hou je die schoon en stofvrij”?

The hotel location and hotel itself was great. The only thing is our room did not look like any of the pictures we for the the room that had creepy pictures on the wall and life size blow up monster looking things so it was a little creepy. But other than that the hotel is fine

Het hotel is erg goed gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum. Binnen 10 minuutjes lopen ben je in het directe centrum maar aan winkels en eetgelegenheden in de directe buurt geen gebrek.
Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam, dikke tien voor hen.
Wij zaten in een loftkamer met als thema breien. De kamer zelf was eigenlijk niet heel indrukwekkend en iet wat onpraktisch.
De rolgordijnen blokkeren het licht niet goed dus werden we al om 5u wakker in een fel lichte kamer. De wasbak zit in de kamer, dat maakt het wat krapper, maar daardoor is de douche wel erg groot. Die was heel lekker en heel ruim.
De tv zit in de muur vastgebouwd, dat ziet er wel mooi uit, maar het geluid komt voornamelijk via de achterkant waardoor je het niet goed hoort.
Overall een prima hotel maar zeker ruimte voor wat verbetering. Ben wel benieuwd naar de andere themakamers.

Beetje jammer dat het matras van het bed harde randen had in het midden van het matras van de vering, misschien een extra dekmatras eroverheen zou het al oplossen.
En dat je naast het spoor zit zou ook wel ergens duidelijker beschreven mogen worden.
Verder is het ontbijt niet de moeite waard maar de kamer/ studio was wel leuk en mooi ingericht.

Bed was low but comfortable. Room was mostly clean, but could use some dusting on light fixtures and frames. The shower/toilet combination is a little strange as you have to pass through the shower side to get to the toilet. Areas are divided my a shower curtain. First time I've ever had to squeegee my shower after use! Door had a large gap under the door into the hall. Air condition works but isn't great. There are two mini-fridges on the second floor for all residents to share. One was colder than the other. They do have 3 parking spaces out front that can be reserved for an extra fee. Otherwise, you have to find parking on the streets around the hotel. Didn't partake off breakfast, but they did let my wife get coffee for no fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Train station is close and very convenient. The Goed Proeven restaurant next door is excellent! Overall experience wasn't bad, but just a little different than what we're accustomed to.
