I loved this hotel. It was in a great location near a lot of food and amenities. The room was very clean and HUGE, so very comfortable in between outings. My only complaint is the kitchen stuff was all locked up so we couldn't use them, and I was too lazy to address it with the front desk. Otherwise, I will stay here again when I come back to Eindhoven.

I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again.

Nice breakfast, location and big room space. Bed is quite comfortable, but no mini bar. There is NO air temperature control in room to be adjusted. It was a bit cold in winter time.

Ich fand zumindest die Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit ihren geschätzt 7 Meter hohen Decken extrem spooky. Dieser Retro-Style mag ja noch Geschmacksache sein, aber es war auch nicht besonders zweckmäßig eingerichtet - es gab keinerlei Stauraum und kaum Steckdosen. Was soll ich mit einer Nespresso-Maschine, wenn sie nicht an Strom angeschlossen werden kann? Was habe ich von einer Regendusche, wenn ich das Wasser nicht umstellen kann? Das Bett war allerdings sehr gemütlich.
