The good points are the staff are nice and talkative, and provision of free shuttle bus to airport. The bad things are the place is not clean enough and the noise from upstairs and the cars outside the motel can be clearly hear.

The host is easy to communicate and able to accommodate us at ground floor due to the number of luggage we have. Free airport transfer is really a plus to our short stay. Room is spacious and clean but the spa bath doesn't work at all. This is fine with us but for those who do want a relaxing spa after a long journey, suggest you check with the host before booking.

I stayed here due to a forced three-day delay with Fiji Airways. It's conveniently located near the airport and within walking distance of a shopping center. I would stay again if I needed a stayover near the Auckland airport.
