工作人員不多，但熱心友善。預訂了幾晚單人房，有升降機、煮食空間(2樓、3樓都不太大，未必有食物共享區)，尤其淋浴及洗手間十分整潔，亦有吹風機、暖氣及大毛巾提供，房內免費wifi穩定。
不鄰近火車站，在斜坡上，需另轉一程巴士到達，帶著大行李箱下坡要多留意。
附近有消防局，偶然會被吵醒。

Not bad prior to the budget. Location was good. But there was no wifi and you have to pay for it, also, there was no air conditioner. Unfortunately, I had even no fan provided. It ‘s really noisy outside if you opened the windows to keep air flow. At least, everything looks tidy and clean. 注意：女仕如被安排在男生宿舍樓層，你必須要走到別層洗手間，挺遠的，但入住時服務人員是不會告訴你的。

我入住了在樓梯和升降機旁三天的單人房，比想像中安靜，我都有好的睡眠。附近有超市和咖啡店，走二十分鐘到市中心，最繁榮的街道。好-房間都挺大 房間設有雪櫃很方便，廁所和浴室都很乾淨、而且服務員友善。壞-沒有免費wifi（不能接受）、購買了的網絡電腦連接不到 、洗澡和去洗手間要走到較高樓層。

The receptionist provides great service and the property is well maintained. I'll definitely recommend to everyone and will return if I visit Auckland again.
The only downside may be the noise from the party animals during weekends - they should be kicked out of our resting areas, etc to minimize noise.
