Pros: the room is super clean and tidy, equipped with all essentials, location is great, easier to access (although the front door keypad doesn't always work at the first attempt). Cons: ventilation is a problem. Firstly it was HOT in the room during my stay, the city was 28 degrees outside and the window was out of order (or maybe it is blocked delibrately), so there was little to no air flow in the room, I had to use my shoe to keep the door open to get some fresh air. There is a Dyson fan, it helped a bit but I think the room should have either air conditioning installed or a proper working window, especially for summer. I seriously cannot imagine how one can live in the room if the weather is even hotter. Not just the room, the toilet also has no ventilation, so steam cannot get out, and the floor got really wet after shower because the water would "leak" out from the shower and i dont see any drain on the toilet floor, and then since there is no ventilation so water didnt dry out even after one full day, my wet towels also couldnt dry out. I know the cons seem long but it's the one thing from keeping this hotel from being perfect.

Positivt overrasket over rommet,god seng.I et rom med mulighet for to å oppholde seg,hadde en stol til vært ønskelig på rommet.Ellers, Tv var umulig å se på pga forstyrrelser av bilde og lyd,så Debatten gikk vi glipp av.Vi burde hatt vinduet lukket om natta da det var forstyrrende lyder i uterommet.Hyggelige og blide folk som ellers bodde her og som vi hilste på i gangene og heis😊Blir kanskje flere opphold her.

I stayed for two nights but tried out two different rooms as there were some maintenance problems with my first roof - broken tiles on the shower floor, which should now be fixed. Things I liked: using the insta camera provided in the room; the lovely toiletries; the comfy bed in the pocket room (generous in width for a single bed); the coffee and cloth bag. Things I didn’t like: the noise from the next door construction (I realise that this isn’t the hotel’s fault and they helped me move to a room further away but it did wake me early after a late arrival the night before and it was constant); the view from the ground floor room onto a bin store courtyard where people from a neighbouring restaurant are smoking - this prevented me from opening my window. The hotel was also quite hot and duvets were provided for the beds - sheets would have been helpful as the rooms were warm. Practicalities: Bob W is very centrally located - a 5 min walk from the main train station and close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. It is really easy to travel around Oslo on the bus with many stops close by. (The Vy train app helped with booking train and bus tickets in advance.) The customer service team are quick to respond via What’s app and they were good at resolving problems. I had no problem with the phone-based entry system.

Small and nice :)

Everything was wonderful with the exception of it was very hot but after leaving Oslo this I don’t think was unique to this hotel. Most places didn’t have AC but they need to work on getting more air movement at the very least. All that being said the location was amazing the communication was great. I would recommend staying there but know if the weather is warm the room will reflect that too.

Hotel céntrico y cómodo.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, praktisch ausgestattete Zimmer (Wasserkocher, kleiner Kühlschrank, Yogamatte). Einzig die zentral gesteuerte Lüftung ist sehr laut und kann nicht reguliert werden, war aber auch nur punktuell an und störte letztlich nicht.

There was no kelinex or tissue in oir room. There was also only earl gray tea in our room. English breakfast tea is a common tea to provide in hotels and I could not get it in the room or in lobby.

Excelente lugar y excelente atención

Excellent customer service, the best one so far - and I have travelled much. Rooms were hot - no air conditioning - but it seems to be everywhere the same in the central hotels in Oslo. Nice, clean rooms and outstanding location!

Centralt och smidigt boende.

Very nice room and bathroom, very clean. The only downside was the room was on the top floor, just below the roof and it was hot day and night. A fan or AC would be a good idea to bear the heat in summer.

This is not a hotel for families, avoid if you have more than 2 people in the group! Small rooms, terribly hot (no A/C). Our questions went unanswered.

Great location in the middle of everything.

La stanza è insolitamente più piccola delle normali stanze di queste dimensioni a causa di una parete inclinata su un lato che impedisce di alzarsi in piedi. La stanza è troppo piccola a causa di questo design architettonico idiota per una camera d'albergo. Mi sono lamentato di battere continuamente la testa a causa della parete della stanza, dato che ho subito un'operazione al collo, che ho segnalato. Ho chiesto di essere trasferito in un'altra stanza, ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile perché non c'erano camere libere durante il soggiorno e che "non potevano cambiare la parete". Sembrava che Bob W preferisse rispondere in tono sarcastico, piuttosto che essere comprensivo, dopo che ho detto loro che ero un anziano settantenne con un problema al collo. La stanza è anche soffocantemente calda, senza aria condizionata o flusso d'aria, nemmeno con la finestra aperta (poteva essere aperta solo leggermente, a causa di un'altra stupida progettazione dell'edificio). Il colpo di grazia è arrivato dopo aver completato la procedura di registrazione presso Bob W, richiedendo la pulizia della mia camera lunedì 21 luglio alle 13:00. Non è stato fatto nulla e ho dovuto dormire con lenzuola e federe sporche e usare asciugamani da bagno sporchi per il resto del soggiorno. Non sono mai state fornite lenzuola o asciugamani puliti. Non ho segnalato il mancato servizio di pulizia della mia camera perché non mi piacevano le risposte sarcastiche che avevo ricevuto in precedenza quando comun
