Personal & Service unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Zimmer mit dem Blick auf Abluftkamine mit entsprechendem Geräusch, der in die Zimmer eindringt. Zimmer wechsel war nicht möglich.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und unseren Kindern haben die Stockbetten wie immer gefallen. Unter dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 15 Euro die Nacht. Nach dem Rückweg von den Lofoten sind wir erst bei traumhaftem Wetter in den Abisko-Nationalpark in Schweden gefahren und dann abends wieder nach Narvik zurück. Das ist zeitlich absolut machbar und war sehr schön über die Hochebene der Riksgränsen zu fahren. Dabei reist man in die EU ein und wieder aus. Es gab zwar schwedische Grenzbeamte, aber wir wurden nicht kontrolliert. Absolut unproblematisch. Die Riesenpizza etwas weiter die Straße rauf fanden unsere Kinder super.

Et helt supert rom, jeg fikk virkelig fred og ro og masse hvile. Det eneste med rommet var at det manglet HDMI kabel på tvn, og ingen tilkoblingsmulighet for IPhone mtp casting til tv’n.

Ett hotell som levererade det man kan förvänta sig. Bra rum med fräsch inredning. Riklig frukostbuffé . Parkeringshus i anslutning till hotellet. Parkeringskostnaden ingick inte i bokningen.

Upper rooms have a nice view, location is close to the bus terminal and some restaurants. Breakfast is good though crowded during peak times when we were there. Maintenance could (and should) be better… new paint here and there, scratches all over in the elevator, room number sticker on the door missing edges. Cosmetical, yes, but good management should see all these things . Maybe major renovation is scheduled ahead of the ski world championships- that would explain.

Excellent hotel, lovely room great views. Well located for everything. A little slow to resolve locked open safe (on arrival) asked 3 times. Reception seemed rather busy.Very nice apology on checkout. Brilliant breakfast.

Schnelles einchecken. Hatten ein Zimmer auf die Hauptstraße und man hört die Strasse trotz geschlossener Fenster. Wir waren im 4 Stock. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit einer enormen Auswahl.
