Beautiful hotel.

Good location … Friendly staff… small and practical overnight stay w confortable bed.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU DON’T NEED RUNNING WATER. I would have liked to post a glowing review of this hotel because it is aesthetically very cute! The location is pretty good. Right on the edge of Casco Viejo in walking distance to everything. Shops, restaurants, etc. However, when I checked in with a group I was leading (we had 5 rooms in all) we were told the hot water wouldn’t be working for a couple of hours. Actually, at that time, the water was not working at all. My group left for a short tour and came back a few hours later. Sadly, at this time we needed to get showered and ready to go to a dinner reservation, the water was still not working! No running water, not even flushing toilets. We had to forego showers and just head upstairs to the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant bathroom also had no working water while we were up there which made us concerned about the cleanliness of the Kitchen staff. The hotel employee basically ignored us and never gave us any information, not even his name. I had the contact of another employee who I texted with some. She was very nice and tried to help, but she was at home and there was really nothing she could do. To make matters worse, two people in our group were sharing a room with a queen bed, but that room had such a bad leak in the ceiling that it was sagging and had visible mold. The staff switched them to another room, but that room had a very small bed for two people to share and also had a leak that dripped down

The hotel didn't have power or water and refused a refund.

Lo rústico de el hotel nos gusto mucho, muy padre el concepto. Es limpio. Y la ubicación es muy conveniente. 5mins camio el mercado de mariscos y el centro de casco viejo. El personal muy amable.

If do not mind showering in a trickle of cold water, this is the place for you!

The hotel was average. The shower was never warm. It took some getting used to taking cold showers. But, otherwise it was in a very convenient location where you can walk to all attractions in Casco. There is a strong police presence so I always felt safe. Prices are expensive in this area.

The hotel is extremely well located. Design is nice. upstairs roof resto and next door restos are very nice. rooms are too small and slightly uncomfortable due to lack of space. i stayed in a tent larger than the room was. but totally worth. i d stay again. if a long trip, it d be painful.

La ubicación muy buena, el hotel bonito, peor la limpieza si deja mucho que desear. Siempre nos faltó una toalla y todos los días la teníamos que estar pidiendo

It's a small hotel very cozy. The front desk personnel very polite and helpful. They arranged our tours to Panama Viejo, Causeway, Panamá City and many others. Completely recommend. Stayed from July 10 to 15.

This place is the best, Really great staff

Our stay was good, but this hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Upon check-in we were not informed of any amenities, even though there is a pool on the rooftop that can be used by guests during the day. Night/early morning receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful! Day receptionist (woman) was really hard to communicate with and we got the impression she was trying to make things more difficult for no apparent reason, ie.: we asked for a later check-out, she said she would check with her manager and text us (which she never did), as we didn’t hear back, we assumed it had been granted. Upon checking out at that time, she fought us for 5min about how late it was, implying we would have to pay extra, only to say at the end that “it was ok, she had spoken with her manager and we were all set” - really poor customer service and care. Would not stay there again.

Whenever I visit Panama this is the only place I’ll stay. Everything is always excellent. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the action. The rooftop bar excellent as well. Perfect hotel.

o hotel teve uma boa reforma mas os quartos são um pouco apertados. No rooftop do hotel tem um bar e no dia que me hospedei teve uma festa até as 4 horas da manhã que não nos deixava dormir.

Great location, but not so quiet. Property has an industrial design.
