Principe III Cusco

Good location near market, supermarket and nice local cafes. Access to airport easy via taxi. Staff very helpful answering requests and questions. Breakfast very nice.

O hotel internamente é razoavelmente bom. O pessoal é solícito, atendem bem. Porém, a estrutura não é adequada. O quarto estava um pouco mofado, o chuveiro não esquentava (estava muito frio, uns 8 graus em Cusco) e não tinha aquecimento interno. Tive que solicitar um aquecedor, o que fui atendido.

Quiero preparar a las personas que se Hospeden en el Principe III, tuve una mala experiensa no tienen camaras de seguridad en los Pasillos, deje mi teléfono en el cuarto por seguridad de no perderlo, pero resulta que me lo robaron dentro del hotel entraron a mi cuarto y cuando regrese de mi paseo, para revisar mis menasajes me di cuenta que no estaba y abuse a la oficina, pero la verdad no les importa, tengan mucho cuidado, no son dignos de confianza.

Hotel simples com bom café da manhã disponível e próximo aos pontos turísticos

Staff muito atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã com frutas e chás. Distante cerca de 1 km da Plaza de Armas. Preço honesto.

Very inconvenient to have a 2nd restroom outside the apartment.

Convenient location close to everything restaurants, shops. The staff was really nice and helpful, one thing also is good is it quiet at night great for families.

Horrible. They give wrong room which was conjusted. Room advertised 279 feet but is less than 200 feet. They charge me for may 7th morning to evening stay 80 soles after 1.5 hr discussion insteadof 15 minutes. 3 people involved. They dont give receipt even after requesting and say all good. This was may 4th. I leave on may 4th evening and arrive on may 7th morning after 3 days of hectic night bus travel and hike. The reception new non English speaking guy says that i dont have room and my money was refunded already. What the !uck? Money refunded from hotels. Com but they charged 80 soles in cash without receipt...they tried to steal. The owner Diane who can speak English well only speak s with her receptionist who doesn't speak English. Ie i have to use translator app to speak with receptionist and receptionist will communicate with English speaking Diane owner instead of me speaking directly with Diane. 6am in the morning, with a night bus trip and fully paid reservation, i had to deal with this nuisance wasting my time .after argument(which should not have been)receptionist gives back 80 soles. Now im wandering on road wasting my time looking for another place. After 3 hours around 9am, another young receptionist girl says that she has 2 other rooms for less price and i choose one. They have rooms, they have my money but waste my precious vacation time with their poor customer service. Horrible experience. Charge same amount even though they give me room 3 hours late.

Ao todo ficamos 04 dias no hotel somando dois períodos, em ambos fomos bem atendidos. O staff é amigável e atencioso, os quartos são limpos e o café da manhã é bom para o padrão do hotel. A localização é boa, é possível ir caminhando aos principais pontos turísticos do centro histórico de Cusco.

There was no water for the bathroom. This includes the shower, sink, and toilet. When we went to ask the front desk about this they first indicated it would be resolved in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we went to ask the front desk once again about the issue and they said it would be resolved within the hour. The situation was never resolved that evening and no offer of bottled water or anything of the like was given even though there was no running water. We needed to wake up very early for our trek the next morning and anticipated the problem to be fixed by morning but again going to the front desk we found that a pipe had burst so there wasn’t going to be any water. Again no offer of bottled water until we came back again to request it. Needless to say it was a poor evening at the hotel.

Hotel fuera del centro en una zona no muy bonita. El hotel no está bonito por un precio alto. El desayuno buffet incluido es rico.

Neat space. Very simple and comfortable. Wifi is quite weak. Hotel service is amazing. Catering is amazing as well. I like it.

Excelente atención del personal, instalaciones remodeladas y muy limpias. A 10min caminando está la plaza de armas y en la esquina del hotel se encuentra un mercado donde se come muy bien por unos cuantos soles y se compran cosas también baratas.

The hotel is quite far from the center and is located in a barren area, which forces you to take lots of taxis. The breakfast was VERY POOR, you cannot rely on it.. if you want a proper breakfast, you'd have to go to a nearby cafe. We checked out only after 1 night and went forca better option.

This hotel has everything we needed, the staff are all super helpful and always available, and it’s still budget friendly to stay there! We stayed here before and after our trek on the Inca trail. -wifi works great -hot shower -they’ll arrange an airport pickup if you want one (although it is super easy and not pricey to get a cab on your own) -staffed 24/7 -they’ll do laundry for you if you need - they’ll store your baggage if you check out, but maybe are leaving for a couple days and coming back or are just walking around town before your bus/flight out -they have coca tea and I think I saw oxygen bottles -beds are comfortable -everything is very clean -we were able to check out late by paying a little extra -you can walk to Plaza de Armas (the main square) in like 15 mins. -There are lots of restaurants nearby -I don’t speak Spanish and had lots of questions and they were super patient with me and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was super cold. The front desk woman offered a heater for 15 soles which I accepted. She helped me get settled. Later she brought me a hot cup of coca leaf tea.
