Astrotel Calamba

There’s a no smoking sign but once you enter the room it smells terrible.

Arrived 2hrs early but could not check us in we waited at lobby for our time and noticed that a lot have been using the hotel for short time check-ins Ver disappointed on the rooms given very dirty and seen not dusted no windows and bed so uncomfortable tried to cancel but won’t let us do it because we booked at Expedia very disappointed!

Price- 10/10 Location- 10/10 Cleanliness. 10/10 Staff. 10/10 I definitely going back again to this hotel next time I will go to calamba city. (Stayed there for 23 days).

Very convenient. Easy access to public transport. The room is clean and good size. The only thing i do not like is the smell of the room when i first time i arrived. The fumes of cigarette or tobacco was so strong. It seems like the nicotine sticks on the wall. You have to bring your own disinfectant and a good smell rubbing alcohol to neutralised the smell. Over all rating from me, it is very good.

its near Rizal Shrine and SM Calamba. It has parking space for guest. Staffs were really accomodating, knowledgeable and friendly. It's very spacious, clean and I really love the view from my room's window.

It was ok. Kinda of a hassle that the mood light is not connected properly as it shares the same switch as the main light plus Netflix isn't working. It was ok though.

Needs more improvement in cleaning

Definitely wont stay here again. its a cheap hotel but youre still paying too much. the hotel should pay you to stay here. Its dirty it stinks and the employees seriously need some customer service training. Horrible

VIP room doesn't feel like VIP at all, WIFI not working, Lights switch not working properly, tv remote control doesn't have batteries, no fridge, the sink is rusty and it almost fall on my feet. I will never come back.

Personeel was vriendelijk, maar verder was de kamer smerig en de bad kamer ook. ik was er alleen puur om te thema leuk bedacht wel maar had het wel schoner verwacht beetje jammer. ====== Hotel staff was very friendly, the only problem was the room and bathroom, it was so fitly and bad smell in the bad room i hoped it was better but not, the theme was very nice thought although the quality of the room and bathroom ruins it a bit. i would not come back to this hotel unfortunately

on the 1st day of our stay in hotel the aircon was not getting cold i asked the front line to help us and gave us a remote but still not functioning. second day of our stay we asked the bell boy if we can transfer to another room because it is really hot and they allowed us to transfer but in the middle of the night the front liner called us and said that we have a minute to check out i told her that our reservation in hotel is 2 days and she apologize for that. Then again at exactly 6am the bellboy disturb us and told us that we have a minute to check out! i told him again what ive said in the front desk. I've just notice that the hotel has no coordination!

ホテルで水のトラブルが有り今日は誰も泊める事はできないと最初言われ　文句を暫く言い続けたが　面倒になり　分った　貴女の名前　泊まれない理由を　会社名が書かれている紙に書いてください　エクスペディアに金を返還求め　新しいホテルを予約する　からと伝え　書きなさいと数回要求したら　態度が変わり泊まれるって?　一緒に行った人間はフィリピン人です　言葉に問題は無し　ただし日本人の私が金返還の話をはっきりした途端　態度の変わり方最期にはその女性はフロント内から居なくなりました

Common areas are dirty. Elevator from 5th flr going down is not working. Not comfortable to sleep on the bed as seemed mattress and pillow cases are not that clean and with stains. Light in the room is like that of the cabaret which is not appropriate for decent guests. Tv is blurred. Hotel Not recommendable.

Smoke-smelling room, and the air conditioner is not functioning well. We are sweating while sleeping.:(

We were not given the expected room and we had to change 3 times because the rooms were not comfortable and hot.

Convenient

Sogo hotel is way better than astrotel. Not for travellers looking for a cozy comfortable place to spend the rest of the night.
