The place is good and highly accessible. Though, for its price, just add a little amount and you'll get better accommodations from other hotels around.

Been staying here almost every weekend for my weekend class, bringing my husband and daughter with me. Very accommodating staff. The room is clean and comfortable to stay with. Looking forward for every weekend stay. Keep it up!

the sink is broken you can't flash it automatically. you need a pail to manually flash it. no approval of extension of checkout. I won't book to this dormitel again. no windows on our room

Very unsatisfied hotel. They won't allow beer inside room. Building policies they said. F*ck it! This is the first hotel I ever know have their own policies like that. And suddenly we got room as we requested. Not recommend!

The locations is great.. You just need to walk across the street to get your lunch,dinner or even snacks. near by a hospital(i got a situation during my stay so we need to go to the hospital). But, less of English speakers staffs.. Overall, it is a budget hotels with satisfying hospitality

there was a lot lot of bed bugs..and you need to rent for a towel for 75 pesos, but need a deposit for that towel for 425

I've been booking rooms here since 2017, and last july 06 I was disappointed. My partner and I encountered a guard (mr. Rufino) who thinks highly of himself. He never treated us with respect kase nga dugyot ang aming sasakyan and hindi kami owner ng hotel. Oh yes, kase owners lang may karapatan magpark sa wall malapit sa entrance/exit kahit naka hazard ako at nagpaalam ng maayos dahil need lang namin mag check-in (yung kasama ko lang naman ang papasok) at obviously kung naka hazard di magtatagal don. Paano puno ang parking so paano naman kami makaka check-in non. Galing pa kaming roadtrip and pagod na. Tapos underground parking yun and may space sa tabi ng wall na banda sa may entrance/exit (pero di ako naka harang sa entrance/exit). Need ko pa ipaglaban yung purpose bat don ako nagpark. Sa huli, nabigyan nya kami ng spot pero naku he asked me to turn off the car's engine kase mausok daw (nauusukan ata si "your highness" and hello pautos ha wala man lang "please/paki" at matapos kong ma off wala ring "thank you/salamat"). Aba naman sir, namimili ka ba ng taong rerespetuhin?

Their complementary breakfast is limited to one serving each person and each serving is too little. The hotel needs a facelift as it is too old already.

This hotel is really okay. It's near 711 stores and is very accessible to others landmarks and sites in the city. The staff has also been very accommodating specially when we needed to leave our luggage for our Samal trip. Staying here has been the best decision and it made our trip easier and more convenient.

The location is perfect, very accessible and walking-distance to poblacion. The room was clean, smelling good and really spacious! The aircon was really cold! the bathroom was clean as well and the toilet flush is working properly. no hard time in using hot shower! they provide soaps and shampoo. the TV has a lot of entertaining channels! we booked 2 nights but we did not consume the entire 2 days since we have a flight back to manila at the night of day 1. it was really BITIN, we want to stay longer here! we highly recommend this place!
