We stayed at the Henann Crystal Sands Resort for 3 nights in Aug 2025 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beach fronting with close proximity to D'Mall and entertainment spots. We had direct access to the pool and rooftop infinity pool which was a good option for a dip when the beach water gets rough.

Please be advised that the SKY POOL can be booked for exclusive functions and may be closed down for a certain amount of time.

"If a booking was cancelled by the client due to natural calamity such as typhoon resulting Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement.

5-9 years old (with kid charge of Php 952 per night)

The property requires a refundable security deposit of PHP 2,000/room/night upon check-in. Security deposit is only accepted in the form of card. Please contact the property for more details.

班機被迫取消，航空公司機票錢都退回了，酒店居然不給訂房退費，很爛的酒店，服務給0.5顆星都嫌太多！ 重點沒有班機我根本去不了，還硬叫我想辦法去住，是叫我自己游泳過去長灘島嗎！！！

第一晚凌晨下雨結果房間大漏水，維修花了一些時間，後來還是換了房間。除此之外，一切都很不錯，地點方便，早餐好吃，中庭與頂樓無邊際泳池都很棒。

I will start by saying that the welcome was a little tough with us being told as we came in so early that out would be a priority and they would get us the first room ready after cleaning. Well the did not happen and we spent 5.5 hours waiting for it including the 1.5 hours waiting for UV inspection weird!... That being said the rest of the staff / hotel/ back of the house were amazing . Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Their rooftop pool and the staff up there were awesome and their drinks amazing . Breakfast was good even though we went five days no yogurt and no gronola. Need that every morning...Needed a little more variety for the non local clientele would be nice.Otherwise again staff amazing and they all did their best. I recommend booking island hopping from hotel it was worth it. Again definitely would come back
