Good service, in the centre of cuty and easy.

The TV in the room did not work and the front desk staff was not systematic on their job making some inconveniences of our check in. Room is spacious and very near from Roxas.

The place was nice, staff were very accommodating and will do their best if your request was not included in their services. but please have more patience with the female employee in cafe (the one who answers phone calls and gets orders sometimes, she needs a little training regarding politeness) I commend the two beautiful women in front desk, the laundry ladies and the lady guard who always gave us advice about davao)

The room they provided for me is non-airconditioned, I felt uncomfortable.

We can't connect to their wifi

The location of the hotel was nice, the room was fine, but the cr was not good. The cover at the top was open. No wifi. No wifi for 3 nights of stay. So sad.

Not happy with the room service and the television is not working.

we had to transfer rooms because the CR is infested with German cockroach even with the the room we transferred to has cockroaches cable was off and according to the front desk officer it's been on maintenance in the last 2 weeks

Very small room. Not clean room & bathroom. Indifferent staff in the front desk. No cable tv. No necessary toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) No space to hang your clothes or store your bags. Uncomfortable bed & very thin bed cover & blanket. It's like a cheap motel that's rented by the hours. Not for travelers who want to enjoy a vacation. The worst of all the 4 hotels I stayed during my 6 days vacation in Davao City. I'm fully satisfied with the 3 other hotels (Davao Royal Suites & Residences, Ecoland Suites & My Hotel Davao). I'll surely exclude this hotel on my next visit of Davao City.

Proximity is its strongest point. However, the room was so dark, tv is not working and bathroom’s light is blinking. 🙁 but staffs are really a great team.

Everything is great. Except for the lights. It is too dim...

Shower is defective. Wi Fi very unstable in oir assugned room. They should be checking the wifi coverage in all rooms to ensure signal is not on and off. No foot towel given on 1st day of our stay. Their white bath towel have somehow become dark.

The aircon is ok, but geez if you are maarte this is not a hotel for you. There are lots of mini cockroaches in the cr plus the smell of the hotel is not ok. No cable tv. But great location, if you will like just a place to stay then this is a good choice. So near Roxas market and People’s park plus jeepneys that you can ride going to any place in Davao.

The location was good. Most jeepney routes pass by the bldg so it was a really convenient place. There was water available on the 3rd floor hallway but no option for cold or hot water for drinking. At the same time, their cable tv was not working all 3 days that we were there. Same can be said about their wifi service. The connection was next to none and my mobile connection was even way faster.

Just that, too dim. Can’t even barely read a book.

It was ok. The location is good. Just one ride away from malls abreeza, Sm lanang etc

Cockroaches everywhere! Well, it's a cheap one. Wifi bad as well.

Hotel was affordable.. Very accessible.. walking distance to peoples park.. near mall, church, school and roxas night market.

Only problem was they did not make up room despite my request. I booked for 3 days (I extended). And the TV had bad reception. Food is awesome though, and there's a nearby smoking area. and the WiFi is pretty good.
