our bags got wet because of the air condition it has water all over it and have to change room, the ac sounds is disturbing too for both of the rooms we went to, but aside everything is good specially the staff they are friendly

Not clean. Checked in late and still, room wasn't ready. Was told theyll put me in a temp room with no working faucet until the other room is vacant/cleaned. This is after that I've already checked in an hour late. Ended up settling in the second room two hours after check in time. Attendants were inhospitable and lacked pride in the work they do. Very unprofessional.

Linens clean and nice. Bathroom clean. Floor clean. Air con filthy and mildewed. Could not change fan speed at all. Fan sounded like jet engine. Without ax room was stifling

If I did not see it for myself I would not believe it, the mold in the bathroom is so bad, I blame the cleaning team. Zero pride has been taken to clean and scrub the mold away. Someone needs to be held accountable! Please remove all stars until mold has been removed!

タイタイに来る時にいつも泊まっています。今回は1泊でしたが、快適に過ごせたと思います。前回は6階の部屋で今回は7階でしたが、7階のほうがいいです。バスルーム用のサンダルがありました。 次回以降も7階の部屋がいいです。サンダルはすべての部屋にあったほうがいいと思います。

The usual beautiful, friendly & courteous customer service the Philippines are world-famous for! Room was very comfortable! The last couple of days of my 10-day stay I started noticing serious issues with water pressure in the bathroom but I was on the top, (7th.), floor, also! I thouroughly recommend it as a place to sleep close to Manila!
