12 plus previous stays, comfortable, air conditioned with new updated units. Price to performance equals good to excellent value. Not perfection but why would it be at the prices. Recommended

Have stayed here many times (9+ stays) because of familiarity and the maintained room standards. Generally well looked after apartments which from staying in same rooms can say that the place is well maintained. Staff will help with any requests even a water delivery or to run up to the 7/11. Plenty of nearby entertainment, food and shopping establishments. Would recommend to any one looking to spend in the price range. Clean, with easy access to surrounding areas. Only complaint is water pressure in shower but this unfortunately is common in Manila.
