Noni's Resort

At first we had an unpleasant experience because on the day of our stay while on the way to the resort we called them to ask if there are available toiletries. The personnel on the line said that there was no reservation under my name and that the villa that we booked is currently occupied by another customer.. we got stressed because we booked through app and they were claiming there was no booking from app under my name.. it was really stressful but we were positive we had a booking because it was even recorded on my bank.. long story short, the resort come up to the solution that we stay one night on another room which is the one with jacuzzi. Thank goodness it was a very clean, neat and spacious room. It was that beautiful that it took the stress away. On our second day, we were transferred to the original room that we booked which was the villa that had an infinity pool. Our stay was really awesome! This resort is highly recommended we enjoyed everything except for the first part.. but nonetheless, will recommend this to friends. Just don't forget to confirm your booking. Lol
