1.員工熱情有禮，樂於助人，提供有用的幫助。
2.客房寬敞整潔，泳池（水是鹹的）每天清理，很乾淨。
3.免費接駁車往返海灘停車場與飯店，方便又準時。
4.餐廳食物美味可口。
缺點：
1.位置較偏，且路況崎嶇不平，若是下雨會泥濘不堪。
2.房間淋浴設備出水量不穩定，且水質偏鹹。

Everything is good especially for the spacious room and nice staff. Appreciation was given to their free breakfast and shuttle bus to and returing the beach. It's value of money. However, one issue that make me feel unhappy. According to hotel instruction guide, they are able to book tricycle at cost 300 peso to the pier upon request. Then I request one for leaving to pier through their staff in one day advance. Staff said it's Ok and no problem at once. But when I checked out, the one receptionist told me that all tricycles were not available for that whole day and suggested me to book private care at cost 700 peso through her instead. I was so questioning about that but I have no time to question more. Thus, I choose this option for leaving. During the transporting to the pier, I saw so many tricycles running on the road while some of them were shown "available for hire". In that time, I really feel the staff was dishonestly to me.

我們的旅費放在保險箱但遺失了 一開始飯店人員/櫃台/經理都冷處理 覺得之前沒發生過 不會發生 說會不會是我們自己忘記放在哪 把問題都丟給我們 直到最後飯店的負責人出面解決跟道歉 說發生在他們的飯店就是他們的責任 展現誠意 並把我們的旅費歸還給我們才結束 至於是誰拿的 據說是留守的保全在我們回房間前有進到房間內 但我們始終沒看到監視影像 沒辦法確認真假 只希望相同的事不要再發生 此飯店需步行約十分鐘且有些路不平 晚上較暗 需注意安全

酒店离alona beach很近，10分钟by walk，酒店有shuttle bus，只要能meet到时间，还是非常便捷的，配套设施齐全，早餐美味，如果第二天赶早出海提前和工作人员说会给你备好三明治。下次再来会再次选择。

Due to earthquake two weeks before, the area suffered from loss of normal power supply. The hotel had a generator which could still provide electricity and that was the reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, we were noticed that the power supply was not 24 hours a day. At mid-night, it would be temporarily turned off. Therefore, we would lost air-conditioning at the midnight and I just couldn't fall a sleep. A better suggestion is to let us know in advice through email. A gifted drink or discount would also help. Moreover, the room was not really clean. Overall, I would say the staff in this hotel were generally helpful but the hardware still got a lot of place to improve.

Terrible experience at Green papaya resort. Our room is not clean, dusty (dust mite) and full of the bad smell of insecticide. We sneezed badly staying in the room. We've stayed there for 3 nights. Pillows and bed sheets were never changed. The pillows smelt so awful that we had to cover the pillows with our own jackets while sleeping. Besides, the flow of shower water was unstable and not hot at all! That happened frequently. We will never visit the hotel again.

酒店不大，只有2层，旁边是居民区，就是入去酒店的路比较难找，白天还好，晚上就真的怕怕，完全没有灯光，住2天休闲一下还是不错的，早餐不错，老板人好，走的时候开车送我们。

除了第一天找到酒店有些不方便外，其余的真的是我在薄荷岛期间住过最棒的酒店。青木瓜是新建的一座酒店，规模不大，但是房间的设施、酒店的硬件、服务员的态度真的特别棒，一进酒店check in后，帮忙把行李搬到房间，介绍房间使用方法，而且不管提什么问题大多满足。早餐也是满满的幸福很齐全。下次再来一定还会光临这家酒店。还有位置是大的缺陷，离海滩和main road有些距离。然后英语评价：This hotel is brilliant,environment and room is clean also feel comfortable.The breakfast is wonderful and staff is great.l will come here
again!
