Apartinfo Apartments - Neptun Park

Moin moin, Haben das Apartment für 8 Nächte gebucht. Ich Reihe alles in Pro und Contra auf und alles was aufgelistet ist, entspricht meinem persönlichem entfindem. Pro: - Die Lage ist super! Es ist alles in der nähe was man braucht. in nicht einmal 5min ist man am Strand. Man kann super am Strand spazieren und auch sonst ist alles da was man braucht (Einkaufszentren, Bars, Restaurants) - Zum Apartment gab es einen Tiefgaragen Parklatz - Sehr sicher (Ringsum Zäune u. Wachmänner) - Schönes Apartment mit Balkon. Für den Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend Contra: - Die Betten waren unglaublich hart. Wir konnten die Nacht über nicht wirklich entspannen (Wobei das Geschmackssache ist, wir mögen sehr weiche Betten.) Für alle die ungefähr die Vorstellung haben wollen: Hartschaum, Ikea Klappcouch - Der Kühlschrank stank sehr nach Wurst und alles andere dann auch was drin gelegen hatte. - Das Dusch Wasser roch beim aufdrehen sehr abgestanden. - Das Apartment war auch nicht ganz sauber (Staub, und Haare in der Dusche). - Der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz war nicht so einfach zu finden, weil die Zahlen auf dem Boden kaum sichtbar sind. - WLAN gibt es auch, aber es ist sehr langsam Ich persönlich werde nicht noch einmal dieses Apartment buchen, weil uns der Schlaf Komfort gefehlt hat und man für weniger oder gleich viel Geld andere gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bekommt.

Tragedia. Zamówiłam i z góry musiałam zapłacić za pobyt w apartamencie na ul. Wypoczynkowej 4 ok. 800 m od plaży e jelitkowie. Za 3 osoby za 2 noce zapłaciłam prawie 1000 zł. W tym miała być suszarka bezpłatne WiFi. Nic z tych rzeczy. Na 20 min przed przybyciem do Gdańska dostałam telefon z biura ze w moim apartamencie za który z góry zapłaciłam jest awaria. Zastępczy znajdował się 3 km od plaży. Pan rezydent powiedział ze 10 min do plaży co było kłamstwem szysly około 35-40minut. Po tym spacerze zmasakrowaly mi się nogi i dostałam tylko odcisków. Pan rezydent miał wysłać SMS z numerem parkingu podziemnego haśle do WiFi i kodem do klatki. Gdybym sama się nie upomniala nie miałabym nawet jak wejść d mieszkania. Jedna wielka masakra. Pani która poinformowała mnie o zmianie apartamentu miała znalezc coś bliżej morza nawet nie raczyła zadzwonić. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z Państwa oferty. Jedno wielkie oszustwo. Domyślam się również ze awaria w apartamencie za który zapłaciłam to był po prostu przedłużenie pobytu poprzedników. A i jeszcze za 2 noce należy uiścić osobno opłatę za sprzątanie. Chyba jakieś żarty???? 100 zł ??? Nie polecam bardzo. Jestem wściekła i ten pobyt na pewno nie będzie mile wspominany ze względu a podejście Państwa firmy.

the apartment was located in a great area, 50m away from the beach. the place had all the equipment needed for a family stay (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv and home cinema system, all kitchen appliances, wardrobe etc). We had a terrace on the seaside of the building and underground parking. The apartment complex is very nice and clean, with guarded entry. There are plenty of things to do in the area, a nice promenade along the beach. The apartment is spacious, done to a nice standard - we spent 8 days there with the family (2 kids) and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative part was the additional payment for cleaning, but it was minor (30 EUR).

To put it bluntly Apartinfo has no sense of customer service , do not know how to communicate within the company and with guest, make empty promises to resolve issues that should not have occured if the apartment was checked propely in the first place. The listing in Hotels.com is mis leading. The photos we discovered cover two or more apartments and there is no housekeeping. The apartment we had is not suitable for a family of 4 as was advertised in Hotels.com We booked for a family with 2 young girls, cramped small double bed in the bedroom, however sofa bed in living room adequate for adults. Poorly equipped kitchen and no microwave, TV took 3 days 5 phone calls 2 un-answered e-mails and a trip to the Apartinfo office and many wasted holiday hours to resolve. Fittings in the apartment are of poor quality and not put together well and there are bare wires. Dangerous trip hazard cables running accross the floor, bedding not sufficient, 2 single sheets to cover a double sofa bed and duvet covers that are to big for the duvet. In summary- Do not book if you value customer service Do not book if you have more than one child, and who is younger than 6. Do not book if do not have a car, grocery shopping is not walkable Do not book if you have high expectations. Location is great 1 minute from a soft sand beach and an hours walk to Sopot along a lovely promenade dotted with cafes bars and restaurants.
