地點絕佳，離主要景點與熱門餐廳不遠（就在轉角），遠離吵雜的人潮，安靜好眠。 房間很舒適且很新，有電梯，房內有小冰箱、衣櫃與熨斗。 淋浴空間很大，乾濕分離。 飲用水是免費提供（可refill)，服務人員態度很親切且動作很快，可以免費寄放行李。 兩個人入住覺得空間剛好，推薦給情侶或是夫妻。

No estaban preparados para recibirnos. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy lentos. Lo mejor es la relación precio-ubicacion.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and rooftop pool was nice to have on a hot day..

Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione centrale, infatti, tutte le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in una decina o ventina di minuti, anche se bisogna far attenzione all' orografia del territorio che caratterizza le città portoghesi (nel tragitto ci potrebbero essere salite e discese con pendenze anche elevate; nel caso di problemi, servitevi dei trasporti urbani, per es. i tram o servizi privati come Uber). L' hotel è ristrutturato da qualche anno, ha una piccola area di accoglienza , un bar abbastanza fornito e due ascensori. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era arredata con uno stile business, letto abbastanza comodo, TV LCD credo 70 pollici, ampio bagno, pulizia tutto sommato discreta. La colazione è servita nel locale accanto al bar e seppure "essenziale" prevede tutto, dolce e salato, ci sono anche le Pastel de nata e delle mini brioches di un certo valore Tutto sommato un buon hotel, credo più indirizzato ad un turismo mordi e fuggi o a Clienti business. Credo che sia l' alternativa economica all'Hilton. Consigliato!

New hotel, clean, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool is 85 cm deep so be warned. Also pool and deck is at level with some balconies, so sunbathers can see in your room, not great.

There is no door to the shower so if you are traveling with an adult family it can be awkward and you have to leave the room when they are using the shower

Highly recommend this hotel and I will return again. Location - round the corner is a bus stop (40-45 min direct bus to one of the beaches), 10 minute walk to Bolhao metro (fairly flat), 10 minute walk to Sao Bento metro (hilly), 10 minute walk to the funicular. Lots of eateries within minutes and a supermarket around the corner. Mercado de Bolhao is amazing and the shopping area around is excellent. Room - amazingly comfortable with great bathroom and air con. Slept very well every night. Nespresso machine and water carafe (refreshed daily). Fridge in room was a bonus. Great decor. Breakfast - wonderful. Enough variety. Lovely staff. There is a water station (iced and slices of fruit) at entrance. Used it every time I exited/entered. Walked 10 minutes to Bolhao metro to take metro to airport. Very convenient. Looking forward to returning.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast had small selection but was very good. Location quite good close to the centre. However, what is the point of having the bathroom partitioned from the bedroom by a sheet of see-through wicker? Who wants to watch the other occupant of the room having a shower? Particularly if, as in my case, it's your mother?

Lovely hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. While rooms are not huge, they are very thoughtfully designed for comfort and have all you need. Small outdoor plunge pool available for a wind down after a busy day sight seeing, and a lovely terrace bar. Great location, walkable to lots of food venues, bars & markets.

This is a super property-, the rooms are on the small side but they work fine. The staff are helpful and friendly and the restaurant is perfect. Good location as well.

Tout était très bien, par contre le petit déjeuner aurait besoin de plus de variété. Les chambres sont confortables quoiqu’un peu petites. Nous avons pu profiter d’une chambre avec balcon ce que je recommande vivement.

Tivemos problema com o quarto que estava com barulho e eles resolveram bem o problema. Nos trocaram de quarto, foram atenciosos e ligaram depois perguntando se estava tudo bem, além de mandarem 2 pastéis de nata como forma de desculpas

We had a fantastic stay at the Arts Hotel. The staff were really helpful both before and during our stay providing some recommendations for restaurants, 3 of which we tried and all fantastic in their own way. We were also in Porto for the São João festival which was fantastic and staff gave us recommendations of where to go for that too. The hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable and modern. The hotel was in a great location for the main attractions across the city. I would highly recommend.
