住宿點超級方便、安全、聖本篤車站地標。原始設備很好，但故障應該要維修，淋浴間出水會噴水，說好的Dyson吹風機一直沒修好過，很可惜。總結是很方便安全的住宿環境，仍然有機會可以變成10+的旅人最愛！

地點方便，可步行至重要景點。環境乾淨寬敞。頂樓的廚房區和休憩區，十分舒適。設備新穎品質佳。尤其是手環的設計，確保住宿的安全，全程不怕忘記帶鑰匙，防水。工作人員十分熱心友善，和旅客互動良好，是旅舍不可或缺的資產。我在歐洲旅行，住過許多國家很棒的旅舍，綜合各項評比，Passenger Hostel 在我心中是第一名。

One of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Superb location, spacious room and clean facilities plus friendly staffs. The only minor drawback for me is the shower experience.

此次住宿為五天四夜，有優點但也有一些小缺點，但整體住宿狀況還是很滿意的 1. 優點 - 交通便利，緊鄰聖本篤車站，省去行李搬運的麻煩。著名景點皆在步行可達的範圍，旅社也提供許多City Tour行程和諮詢非常方便。 - 住宿環境優良，如官網照片中整潔舒適。交誼廳、客廳、廚房的設備維持得相當好，讓旅客可以像在家一樣舒服。 - 早餐雖然沒太大變化，但十分新鮮且可口。無提供優格有點小可惜。 2. 缺點： - 衛浴設備大概是最讓我們失望的，主要問題有 1）淋浴裝置是省水裝置，需隨時壓他才能確保水源供應穩定，不會突然斷掉，對長頭髮正在洗髮的女生較不便。 2）水熱的慢且不夠燙，旅社原本裝省水裝置的美意在於希望能環保與避免水資源的浪費，但卻因為等待水變熱的過程無形浪費更多水，且10月的波多若有下雨其實有點寒冷，他的水四晚有三晚是水溫偏低的狀況，讓洗澡成為我們最大的噩夢。 3）吹風機使用Dyson很棒，但只有一台，且有點小故障，第一晚因為上位旅客用到過熱導致吹風機整晚無法使用到隔天早晨也是還在故障狀態。詢問飯店人員也無其他備用機。建議長頭髮女生在秋冬還是自己帶吹風機比較妥。 4）浴室內掛鉤只有一個，無任何架子。換洗下來的衣物無處放置，只能放在外面，洗完再出來穿 - 房間內吊掛衣服的架子與地方不多，建議有需求的人自己帶衣架。 - 房間為樓中樓設計，樓梯較陡，若有攜帶長輩或是兒童的話，夜間下樓上廁所需要特別小心。

Auberge très bien située, permet de tout faire à pieds à partir de la gare de São Bento qui est lui-même un lieu magnifique. Dortoir confortable et très bien aménagé, c'est agréable d'avoir des rideaux pour chaque lit pour avoir un peu d'intimité. Ménage nickel et le personnel à l'accueil est toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions.

This is definitely a hostel for community & making friends-they have tons of events & really promote that. Beds were comfortable, had curtains, and your locker/room was locked by a bracelet you got at check-in making it very convenient. Location is awesome-you are close to tons of bars/restaurants/Porto attractions, and getting to the river is a 10-15 minute walk downhill. If you want a quiet hostel, this probably is not the place for you with the guests it attracts and also being in a train station. Overall I had an excellent time & would stay there again!
