Booked the hotel off the Expedia website. Noted a shuttle service to the hotel from the Airport. I call to confirm time of pickup, to be told the hotel does not have a service. I sent them a pic Their website page, included the service. Samson U, sent me a car rental price sheet. No mention of any service, even one at an additional cost. It is 3 days prior to the landing, so said cancel my reservation. They billed me anyway. Too many other n Closer, hotels in Doha.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the little touches: complimentary refreshments, seamless check-in, and the concierge’s spot-on recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and this Hilton stands out for its genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel felt dirty and needed a good clean. The pool was in the middle of the Mexican restaurant and the so called ‘private beach access’ was a 20 minute drive away. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Great spacious clean rooms didn’t try breakfast during my stay Nice pool area on the roof but limited sun loungers due to you being in the middle of a restaurant on the roof

One of our second had bad scent on first night when we have checked but Mohamed was really nice changed the room for us and even offered a deee dinner in one of their restaurants.

Un grand merci à youcef, qui c’est très bien occupé de nous dès notre arrivée jusqu’au départ, chaque demande a été satisfaite, merci aussi à hamama et ses collègues à l’entrée qui gèrent les arrivées des voitures et commande des taxis et autres avec une main de maître bravo, big up à notre chauffeur de la navette pour la plage toujours à l’heure souriant agréable d’une gentillesse remarquable, service exceptionnel au restaurant de l’hôtel, très serviable merci à win, ibtisam et tous les autres. Idem au roof top piscine senor pico parfait. Même chose pour la sécurité au top pour les prestations de service l’hôtel vaut plus qu’un 5 étoile , pour nous ce sont les meilleurs Bravo à la personne qui à su constituer une équipe formidable, travailleur, motivé, sérieuse, au sein de cet hôtel . L’hôtel est bien situé, bus à côté, musée et souk waqif resto à proximité 15-20min de marche environ, métro pareil sinon le bus vous y dépose, idéal pour les visites, tous les repas à l’hôtel sont bon frais, petit déjeuner y’a de tous et crêpes pains perdus paincace et toutes sorte de préparation d’œuf, de vrai jus de fruits ect…chambres fait tout les jours , salle de sport petite mais ça va,. Juste une chose qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel attention des faux chauffeur de taxi et uber on les appelle taxis fraude, viennent à côté de l’hôtel et ailleurs aussi pour des excursions soit disant pas cher ou une course pas cher c’est de l’arnaque , préféré des agences sérieuses et bien connu

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent experience
