I like the hotel so much the place is so beautiful

Lovely reception staff, quick check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

1) We chose a suite for our one-week stay at the end of August. We liked the separate rooms – bedroom, bathroom and lounge, all separated by conventional doors to divide them from each other, and from the entrance lobby. 2) We liked having a television in each room (bedroom and lounge), both of which provided Sky TV, which we used to watch different sports in each room. 3) We liked the complementary drinks and snacks – 2 bottles of beer, 2 cans of wine, 2 cans of soft drinks, 2 packs of crisps and 2 packs of biscuits, which were replenished each day – if we used them. That was in addition to the tea, coffee and hot chocolate provisions. 4) The sofa in the lounge was very comfortable for watching TV. There was also a swivel armchair, which I didn’t try, as I thought I might not be able to get out of it again! The other seating was an office-type swivel chair at the desk, and an armchair in the bedroom. 5) In the lobby was a double wardrobe, but only one half had a hanging rail. Once I had hung my clothes, there was no space for my partner’s, so he put the (provided) ironing board in the lounge, and placed his clothes on that for the whole week. There were no drawers in which to keep socks, underwear, etc. 6) The fridge was in the cupboard under the bedroom TV. It would have been more convenient to have the fridge in the identical cupboard under the lounge TV. When I needed cold water whilst my partner was asleep, I disturbed him. Excellent staff. Clean. Great views.

Wait time for lifts to room was long. Changing facilities in swimming pool untidy. Rented an umbrella, returned but an excessive amount was taken from my bank account the hotel refused to take any responsibility even though the name was clearly advertised on it.

Right on the river. Walking path. Window in hotel did not open (probably for safety reasons, but the breeze would have been nice). Good food at breakfast, with a wide variety, including cook to order, available.

The staff at Crown Plaza Glasgow were absolutely amazing. It was my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and had a sense of humour. There was one member of the reception staff who always had a laugh and a joke with me when he saw me (I can’t remember his name but he was young and his name started with a M). Nothing was too much trouble for them, the room was cleaned daily and the food for breakfast and dinner was just lovely. A few downsides…. There were areas of our room that were not clean, some red/orange stains on the carpet, the aircon/heating wasn’t the best and the toilet took several flushes to get rid of waste/toilet roll. but this wasn’t a big deal with the overall experience. The shower was absolutely amazing, I could have stopped in there for hours. By far one of the best experiences in a hotel in the UK.

Has an overnight at the Crowne plaza in Glasgow facilities were excellent food and staff excellent also great value for money

Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was very convenient for our concert venue. The rooms would benefit from some refurbishment.

It was perfect, cozy bed, wonderful tub in room, pool and spa downstairs. If you're there in August, ask for a fan in your room if youre used to having AC. We were th we e during a heat wave and the room was humid warm and no fresh air from outside. Thecsealed windows were steamy.

Staff was great but facility was outdated and air conditioning didn’t work welll.

What an amazing hotel. Awesome staff, awesome views, awesome experience all round. Great job to the team.

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms were tired, outdated and a bit dusty!
