MONO Suites New Town

There is no hot water suddenly in one day. The flash tiolet handle is broken. But generally, still acceptable

It is a fantastic apartment, well situated. Would highly recommend

Noise from the pub below was very unpleasant. Main room is nice. The kitchen worked. The bed in the bedroom was short. Felt like a small double. It was 6 feet long exactly, not much use for someone taller than 6 feet, like me. Not much space to get to the other side of the bed. COuld not have fit 4 people comfortably as advertised. We had a bit of trouble with water in bathroom in morning. It shot out with air pockets and the kitchen water I ran for a while as it first came out a bit cloudy. The bar closed at 1am...so their quiet rule of 11pm is out the door and the people on the street outside the pub until after 11pm very were loud. Location very good Also...got back at 12 and got into the building but the door had reset. The cleaning person let us in and I texted the owner and they apologized and reset the code within 5 min on the text and the code was good.

The apartment was great and well-located. It is updated with a nice bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The communication leading up to the stay was also greatly appreciated.

Location is great. Suite nice and modern. Bed comfortable. However the sofa bed that was to sleep 2 adults was very uncomfortable and not really big enough for 2 adults

Fabulous spot. Amazing owners with excellent communication. Accommodation was very clean and fresh and in a perfect location. Everything walkable. Thank you!

Lovely apartment with usable kitchen. Excellent location for tourists. Nice shower and thick towels. We found a loaf of VERY mouldy bread in the cupboard. Not enough toilet paper. The puĺ-out couch wasnt terribly comfortable although the main bed was.

The apartment is very spacious on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Lovely big windows. High ceilings. Nice moldings. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious shower. Lovely place . My only recommendation is the addition of a hair dryer.

Stayed in apt 4 for 3 nights. The place was clean and close to sight seeing. If you are traveling without kids, it’s great. But for a family of 4, it’s a bit tight. The bar next door got noisy at times - can hear rowdy people outside and bottles being dumped in the dumpster in the courtyard.

Good communication re entry. Comfy , clean bed. Central location, good array of breakfast places round about (advise book at weekend) Bedside table & window ledge in bedroom dusty. Couldnt get tv to work . It kept saying no signal please check the power of device. Sadly no toaster Would go back

Mono you have earned my business.. Other than the clinically tiered check-in process I really enjoyed the flat.

Excellent location, great flat with everything you’re likely to need! Maybe have the heating a bit lower during the night

The property was in a great position and was very clean. We had a problem with heating & Valentina (who works for Monosuites) could not have been more helpful. Only downside was huge extractor fans outside bedroom window that were on for 24hours. Ear plugs were provided!

Great little apartment. Very strict on check in and out, which were late/early, and nowhere to store luggage securely.
