Had everything that a traveler could need including washer and dryer. The apartment needs a refresh, but overall it was good.
A few cons:
- there was a very at strong cologne/perfume smell in one of the bedrooms making it unusable
- We got several bites either from something in the carpets or the bedding. Never figure it out. Checked for bedbugs and found no signs but something definitely feasted on us!

Apt was clean, well appointed, beds were firm but confortable, linens were great quality. Air conditioned, washer in unit super helpful. Staff, especially Lindsay super helpful with travel and dining recommendations. Would definitely book and stay again. In quiet shopping district area close to local transport options. Thanks for a great stay

Helt ok sted. Tror rommet var bra for noen år tilbake. Nå er det litt sliten med mange skuff merker på veggen.
Lokasjonen var bra og priser var derfor helt ok verdi for pengene.

The property we stayed had worst maintenance without extra bed set and not cleaned with hair and bad stains. Washer and dryer had bad smell with molds. Started with allergy itching sleeping in the bed. I won’t recommend booking back this.

Where to evern start?
Upon checking in, there we a MAJOR issue with cleanliness.
The room was DISGUSTING and FILTHY. It also had broken and missing amenities.
Dirty cooking utensils, moldy water in the kettle a dirty bed.
The cook top glass was broken.
There was caked on dirt on all the edging
Dirt and filth on the walls
Damaged walls
The bed had literal dirt and soil in it.
The lamp shades were thrashed.
I immediately went downstairs to the lobby and the staff showed me similar condition rooms with a rude attitude, said theyd show me some better ones the next day.
That was unacceptable as i would not be sleeping in filth even just for one night, i immediately contacted expedia and checked out, tho the hotel denied MULTIPLE requests directly from expedia for compensation

Great central place to stay in Edinburgh. Had everything we needed and more. Only problems was they need to extend the sensor timing in the bathroom. Lights continually go out if youre in the shower or on toilet!!

Unfortunately our stay in this property wasn’t what we expected. The kitchen cupboards were dirty including some of the provided dishes and the washer/dryer didn’t work. We also had an issue with the shower where the hot water stopped working, although they were quick to fix this for us. Overall it was a good location but I won’t be back.
