完全連絡不上飯店人員 行程需要更改入住日期 無法連絡上自然沒處理 浪費我的＄又不退費！態度極差

入住前幾天到入住完全連絡不上飯店 行程想改期完全無法 想退款也不給退 爛透了！

The overall experience wasn't great as the room was dusty, hairs were on the sheet/bedding (upon arrival), the toilet smells and was easily being blocked etc. The plus side is the host lady from France was very friendly and helpful. She is a sweet person, she would go beyond her role to serve you. She did a great job to welcome customers, truly apperciate her. However, the room condition truly not as great. I think I really can't ask for more for in terms of the cost. It would be great for backpackers, budget travellers but not for family or people who expect to have a decent room. The location is really good, light breakfast is provided but the cafeteria is too small where only fits 2 persons, so I gave up having breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby so no worries. hmmm...oh right, tho there's lift but you still need to use the stairs to reach the b&b, not impressive...

In the the center of Myeongdong, A bit noisy, no bottle water provided, small shower room and a bit dirt found in pillow, but the workers are very nice

很方便的位置，就在明洞大街的巷子，逛街美食都在旁邊，客房舒適乾淨，服務人員態度親切，每日提供的自助式早餐，很貼心。

位置好,但是各項服務差,房間小,早餐也很差,寧可多付一點錢,選好一點的飯店,下次不會入住這家飯店

街の中心部ですぐに出ていけるのは素晴らしい環境でした。 タオルやシーツで一部清潔感のない部分が存在しましたが、難なく過ごすことができました。

I could watch Netflix and YouTube.It's close to the station. It's good for staying overnight without meals.The air conditioner works well.It was disappointing that the remote control of the TV and air conditioner was dirty and that the manufacturers of amenities were not unified."It was a self-check-in, but it was good that the staff dealt with anything I didn't understand right away."Was there a refrigerator?I didn't know how to open it.

Everything was good for solo traveller, but for a full 5 days I did not see any staffs, not even a single time.

It was in a very good area, surrounded by stores for almost every need. Everything was at a walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay there.
