Lokasi bagus dekat dengan stasiun, kamar-nya besar, ada bathtub dan plusnya toilet ada bidet. Staff-nya baik, pesan yang standar di-upgrade ke VIP. Next kalau ke Busan, mau menginap di sini lagi.

The hotel is very good. Strategic location near Busan Station, but the most important thing is that the room is spacious. Very recommended if you are searching for a hotel near the station.

Room is big and comfortable. I like the rooftop, and saw the sun rise there. The micro-oven in the meal area is helpful for re-heat the fish cake. I will come again if I need to stay in Busan area again.

櫃台人員不會立即接待，讓旅客等！外觀裝潢正常看起來新新的，但房間牆壁櫃子破爛，還有很奇怪的電腦？最重要的是備品盒子破舊超髒，還附兩個保險套？！車站對面上海街後面是整排的風化區，差點以為是情趣旅館，雖然夜景看得到大橋很美，價格也很便宜，電視很大，地點佳但時間有限的外國旅客有更好的選擇，很後悔沒有選前方的日式酒店。

此間酒店面對着火車站路軌，每當火車進站時，那種刺耳的聲音讓人不舒服。
前台服務員服務態度挺差的，英文程度不好。
客房空調滿是塵，衣架數量不夠，沒有提供一次性拖鞋和房間用纸巾。

大推這個飯店，空間大，電器新頴，環境乾淨，離地鉄及火車站近，還有夜景可看，可以走6號地鉄出口，或KTX出口1號，由小吃街走進去即可到達！

廁所燈自動熄滅(入住3晚，共2次)！花灑水力好好。
酒店新淨，近KTX釜山站.
我與另外一個家庭先後入住，事前有電郵要求(如果可以)住在同一層。
我當天去到時已經接近下午5時，職員說房間未清潔好，不能入住。
也不能安排同層客房，因為分開伪bookig...我說ok.
晚上回去，說已經安排一晚upgrade房間，其餘2晚就同家人同層……
我說不要upgrade ，隨便比房，不同層都ok. 因為不想明早退房搬房……
但職員說已經沒有其他房間……
酒店房錢我一早預付，也有email 预早通知

樓下較雜。有點像時鐘酒店有避孕套提供。床單亦不整潔。訂了兩晚。最後那一天晚上樓上超嘈吵。因他們是採用木地板。並沒有拖鞋提供。所以上面走起路想來下面便很應聲。我致電給接待處員工。因已是晚上凌晨1:30。真的很嘈吵。我打了兩次給他們。第一次還有聲音繼續嘈便打第二次。不知語言溝通有問題還是什麼他說上面並沒有人居住。害我怕了一整晚。但到早上大概九時多。上面有嘈起來了。員工態度欠佳並沒有跟進。不推介。不會再來。還有門鎖也有問題。很不安全。
員工回覆：
The front desk tries to resolve the inconvenience as much as possible. The upstairs noise problem was actually no problem. Rather, the upstairs guest is staying quiet. Refuge what the problem is. Slippers are provided only in the bathroom and the door is normal. You seem to be very sensitive.

你依家仲要話個客sensitive你有病啊真係。我依家話你知你間酒店好污糟。床單上面一粒粒黑色嘅塵。浴室出面地下上白色條毛巾冇換過。浴衣亦奉勸各位不要穿着。他们并没有更换掛着便一直掛着。不知道有多少人穿過。不信請看看我寫給其他酒店的評價謝謝。
