We really enjoyed this hotel. It was super convenient and close to metro and the shuttle from the airport drops you 1/2 block away. The hotel is modern, clean, very confortable and no fuss. We loved our stay!

Staff genuinely enjoy interacting with visitors. I was greeted warmly and also asked if there were any special accommodations I needed. My charger malfunctioned and the front desk allowed me to borrow on for the duration of my stay. Delicious snacks were provided as part of a welcome package. Room was extremely comfortable. Would certainly stay here again!

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Free bottled water in the room and water refilling stations available at the end of the hallway. Free Nespresso on the 3rd floor; just bring your cup from your room. Location was great as it was close to subway stations and tours meet in front of the hotel. It's also next to 7-eleven which is great for things you need when all other stores are closed. Multi-level Daiso is also just in front of the hotel. The Myeongdong night market is just behind the hotel so you know you won't go hungry at night. Twosome Place is also located at the ground floor of the hotel. It's a place where you can grab breakfast, snacks, bingsu, etc. Food choices along the street of where the hotel is located are vast. Also, the limousine airport bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel which was convenient for us since our flight out to Incheon was super early that Arex was not operational yet. Also, if you get to the hotel earlier than check-in time, they'll let you leave your luggage with them so you can start touring the area. I recommend this hotel hands down.

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.

Staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was located at a great area of Myeongdong right in front of the Myeongdong station. Close to buses and taxis. A minute away from the shopping district and food market.

This hotel is in the center of Myeongdong where you can easily access to shopping area and dinnings. One thing about the hotel that I didn't like about is the elevator...too slow waiting time is too long.
